They took my 2009 ******* and 2019 ***************** ***** $4000 when I bought them, charged me $1000 to fix them and then shipped them in the same package, did not require a signature and did not declare value and did not put insurance on the package. ***** left a $5000 package w/2 laptops in it on my porch and of course it was stolen. I never received any notification of delivery. I expected that of course because of the high dollar amount of what was being shipped they would absolutely require a signature, declare value of the package which should have been separated into 2 packages since you are only allowed to declare up to $2000 per package and put insurance on it. They are refusing to take responsibility for it or pay for it and blaming it on me. THEY LOST my computers due to their NEGLIGENT behavior absolute incompetence! They are blaming me for the way they shipped them saying they aren't required to require a signature, declare the value or buy insurance. The value of the items required them to declare and require a signature and put insurance on them. Anything over $5000 loss is a felony. At this point we are right at that number since I paid $4000 for the computers and paid them $1000 to fix them. I'm not a mind reader. Anyone shipping that high dollar of an item from a company assumes that 100% the shipper is going to to require a signature, declare the value and buy insurance because of the amount of the cost of the item. It would be utterly stupid not to. No one ever discussed with me how they were shipping it through ***** or gave me any choices in the matter or I absolutely would have made sure it required a signature, declared value and insurance bought. They were responsible for shipping the items to me and making sure I received them. They were negligent and incompetent in their care of my property and refuse to pay for it. Thats called stealing.

Customer ************************* dropped 2 laptops off for repair on April 8, 2022. After the repairs and replacement, the items were ready to be shipped on May 9, 2022. We have been in business for many years. We have shipped and recieved laptops for repairs and have not have any issues with shipping. Customers would request of us to add insurance and/or signature if they felt the need to. Eazy Computers have done their part by securely packaging the items so no damages would be done during shipments and tracking was sent to customer the same day shipped. We offered to assist in any way possible, she would need to do her part and report the stolen packages to her local police departnment. She started harrassing us via text messages which was not acceptable.
