    I was taken for $2445.32 for a custom couch that was never delivered and never refunded. A full account of the events with back up have been provided in the attachment.

    I purchased a custom couch from Interior Define. They repeatedly assured me that my order was being build, shipped, and would be coming to me. Months after I ordered, they had financial issues, but continued to tell me I would receive my order or a refund and that I needed to file a claim. I filed a claim, and then checked the claim and Interior Define website to see when I would receive my product or my refund. They are now refusing any compensation or refund to myself and supposedly all other customers that ordered before December 29, 2022. I am seeking either the product that I ordered or a complete refund.

    Company: Interior Define Date of transaction - Oct 2022 Interior Define told us they could not compete our order in December of 2022. They promised a refund of our $1200+. A new company bought Interior Define and continues to operate stores with the same name. However, they will not complete the orders OR complete a refund for our couch. They have scammed hundreds of people. Their ****** reviews sections reflect the injustice they have inflicted on people. A company with these types of morals should be allowed to operate in the US. We would like the new ownership of Interior Define to complete refunds for the poor people who have been scammed.

    3/13/2022 $3,451.70 ***** 2-Seat Sofa, ***** Petite Chair, and ***** Storage Ottoman Order was placed on March 13, 2022 and the estimated delivery date was ***** weeks from order placement, which was the second week of September. Over a long email history with the company, they blamed distribution port delays and estimated mid-November 2022, then mid-January 2023. Finally the company announced publicly that "at some point last year, Interior Define, **** stopped placing orders with their manufacturers resulting in substantially longer lead-times and in some cases, pieces that cannot be fulfilled. The newly managed Interior Define is working to try and fulfill this order. The orderstatus@interiordefine.com team will help you determine estimated delivery dates of each component, and will be issuing a merchandise credit for any product that cannot be fulfilled via email by March 15th, 2023." 1 out of the 3 total items purchased, has been delivered. We are still missing the ***** Sofa and Ottoman and the company has not responded to emails or reached out by the March 15, 2023 commitment, which was over two weeks ago. We are seeking an update on our order, or full refund. The business has intermittently been in touch but has most recently missed communication deadlines, specifically the March 15, 2023 email.     On April 30, 2022 I purchased a custom made to order sleeper sofa from this company. They withdrew the full total from my bank on May 2, 2022. This amount was $1988.56. I never received my product and have received zero communication from the company. An Internet search shows that they have sold the company to someone else and the new owners will not fulfill my order OR refund my money despite having paid in full. Their website claims that I would be contacted by an assignee by February 8, 2023 and that did not happen. We need our couch or a full refund.

    I made a purchase for a couch through Interior Define on 4/30/2022 for $2,183.35.and was provided a 25 week delivery date. The couch arrived almost 4 month late, (delivered on 2/7/23) and it's defective. The chaise fabric puckers and the chaise cushion fill is different from the rest of the couch. I paid extra for the upgraded fill and clearly it was not used for the entire couch. I have called and left messages and emailed but due to the dissolution of the company and new ownership there seems to be no recourse. Whatever financial issues the company has had should not impact me as a consumer, Additionally, if the new owner was able to secure and deliver the couch, they should be held responsible to fix the problem through the manufacturer's warranty. I paid a LOT of money for this item and it should be exactly what I paid for. I believe the company should be held responsible and either replace the chaise cushion or refund my money so that I can get it fixed.

    We bought over five thousand dollars worth of custon desinged couches from them. They were deliverd in august, The legs on the couches broke off in December and we have tried calling and emailing and no one gets back to us at all.

    Details: Date of the transaction: August 4, 2022 Amount paid: $3,183.06 Product ordered: 2 custom made chairs Estimate: 6 months delivery from order (Feb 2023) Nov 23, 2022 was notified the order would be delayed an additional 6 months. Nov 23, 2022, canceled order. Delay was unsatisfactory. Have called numerous times and sent emails with no response. I want my $3,183.06 refunded. Store at Tysons Corner, Va where I ordered the chairs is temporarily closed.

    On June 6th, 2022, I purchased a sectional couch at the Interior Define store located at ******************************* in Philadelphia. I was told I would receive the couch on October 24th. I paid $5,348.75. I called them at ********** mid-October and was told that my order will not be completed because they were having supply issues. They promised to send me a complete refund (see November 4th email in the attachment). Since then, they stopped picking up the phone or answering emails. I also contacted a number of representatives of Interior Define on LinkedIn. 6 of them replied saying they don't work there anymore. The CEO *************************** has not replied, but **************, a Sr. Global Logistics Manager, did reply saying they'll contact me. No one did. I would like your help in getting my refund.
