            We dropped of a 2010 ******** *** black to be diagnosed what was going on with the transmission. we had put in a used trans and it was doing the same thing back in april. We waited for a call for a month and they said they where back with work and they will be getting to it. So when they finally called, they did not tell what was wrong with the car or discuss a price with us about the car. They just called a say the car is ready and it was $3850.00 for a complete rebuilded on the trans.If someone called use i would have told them that, i am not putting that kind of money in that vehicle. They put a trans in one of my flatbeds and called me they did the work and sad it was going to be $5600.00 and i had no problem paying it.The gentlman in the office said he made a mistaking of communicating with his mechanic. I wish to resolve this situation and will to pay $2000.00 and get a warrrenty on the transmission for one year. vin#**************** , Thank you for your help.

            Dear BBB, 

            We accepted the $2000.00 dollar plus the office managers $200.00 contribution for the job.  They accepted the 6 month warranty for the total amount of $2200.00.  The matter was resolved, customer took the vehicle.
