Dream Guard Ultimate Waterproof Mattress Protector purchased from Boscov's isn't waterproof, temperature regulating or odor preventing. My son was able to urinate through my mattress with the protector. So I attempted to file a claim to get a new mattress and protector. The protector has a 10 year warranty. But since I didn't take pictures of the stain immediately and cleaned the area, Dream Guard denied my claim and only provided a new protector. I'm left with a stained and not odor free mattress. Even with the new protector I still wake up from sweating. I won't recommend or purchase another mattress protector from this company!Review from Quanese S.

I submitted my claim and I will say that ***** quickly resolved my claim as far as it goes with submitting my photos and explained the next steps. I will say that I am not satisfied with how they handle their process once claims are processed as a consumer who pays top dollar for a quality mattress cover with a warranty my expectation is to receive a resolution within 1-2 days and I am still waiting on my sons mattress to be sanitized and cleaned and his room is gathering an odor and gnats and the best they can tell me is that they can expedite it when I asked for the companys direct contact information so I can schedule the cleaning myself nor was I offered to speak with the person who schedule the cleanings. I will say I will not be buying any more mattress covers from this company or recommending them if this process does not improve and I will be even more upset if my sons bed is ruined because of how long it has been sitting waiting on cleaning because replacement has not been offered at this point as the smell is terrible. Once again ***** was great but Im not impressed with how this company handles their claims
