I googled TJ Maxx gift cards and it took me to giftly.com. I purchased two different cards, of course giving them all my routing information over the phone. I got confirmation emails after that from perfectgifts.com. I didnt get a confirmation after the second one so I contacted the number from my email and they said they didnt have any information on me. Well, they obviously do because $100 was already taken out of my account! Then I remembered, I gave them all my routing information over the phone. Im so disgusted with both of these websites that are obviously scams. Please do something about them!Perfect Gift LLC Response

Online card bought for "Amazon" over Christmas, never worked - won't load onto site as a **** card. **************** will not refund or mail me a card. I have contacted them 3 times since De 2023. Will dispute with credit card.Perfect Gift LLC Response

This card is absolutely worthless. I don't recommend it to anyone. You can't use it where you want to. Constantly declined can't transfer it to another money platform for easier use and only good for online or phone orders. STUPID. it's my money and I can't get access to my money to use. Like I said they need to reduce operating uses or shut the doors. You make life difficult and you dictate what I can do with my moneyPerfect Gift LLC Response

I was considering using the corporate account for our new international startup, which is registered in the US. I was contacted by one of the corporate account managers who welcomed me. After discussing our needs, we agreed that a simple account would suffice. As a startup, we are conducting research, and we had planned to provide a $10 card to our participants for their time.I used the PerfectGive service once, and the card was received shortly after without any issues. Two days later, I intended to send another card to the next participant. However, just seven minutes after sending the virtual card, the transaction was denied. I contacted customer support for assistance.Support informed me that we had been flagged due to some information not matching, and they had to block the transaction. I asked them for guidance on what information needed correction, but I was told there was nothing I could do. They had flagged us, and we would have to use a different vendor. They offered no explanation or assistance, just the directive to find another provider.While this may not be a significant issue when sending gift cards to your grandchildren, it poses a problem for a business and its reputation. What will the participants think when they don't receive the money or when they receive the card but cannot access the funds? With the abundance of fraud and data phishing scams on the internet, this could impact our business and how it is perceived. We have successfully established several businesses in multiple countries, and I cannot rely on a service that could tarnish my company's reputation.To make matters worse, I cannot even cancel the account we have with them because their website is so limited. I sincerely hope that sharing this experience will benefit future shoppers.Perfect Gift LLC Response

I had recently filed a complaint with the BBB against a company (The Perfect Gift). It turned out I had incorrectly identified this company (Perfect Gift LLC) based in the US as the company that I was actually complaining about that is based in Canada. The professional quick response via BBB from the COO of Perfect Gift LLC was impressive. I only wish this company did business in Canada. They are quick to want to remedy a problem reported by an unhappy customer. I would have no issue buying from them if I lived in the US!Perfect Gift LLC Response

Terrible, Cannot use remaining balance and card expires in June 2022. so I'm guessing that the company pockets all of the remaining balances on these cards. My opinion is its a scam.Perfect Gift LLC Response
