A+ HVAC AND PLUMBING GETS 5 STARS FROM ME.**** **** OUT AND DIAGOSED MY FURNACE PRIBLEM AND ORDERED THE PARTS TO FIX MY PROBLEM(NO HEAT).THEN ***** CAME A FEW DAYS LATER AND REPAIRED THE PROBLEM 100% SATISFIED. HIGHLY RECVOMEND!Review from Thomas b

They replied to a Choice Home Warranty claim of a leaking water pipe through the ceilingon 5/19 at 11:30 AM. They want to come out on Thursday 5/23 between 3PM and 8PM. Is this a JOKE?

this appt was made by YOUR warranty company, you have to call MY office to make a actual appointment. you can call Monday thru Friday from 9am to 3pm EST. - at ************Review from G. T

Came out to check our water heater via a call to CHOICE HOME WARRANTY CO. Charged a fee of $75.00 cash and told me that a defective part would be ordered & replaced in 2 days& covered by the Choice Warranty Co. Later in the day, I received a call from A+ HVAC/Plumbing that they needed another $276.00 to clean a "honeycomb" filter & that they would replace the part unless I agreed to this additional charge/service. Suddenly, I'm being asked to remit (again cash or check) an additional $276 for an out of pocket charge to me of $351.00. PLEASE BE AWARE OF A+ AND CHOICE WARRANTY.

We were hired by your warranty company to go assess your issue. Per your contract with them, you have to pay ***** to the provider when they come out to assess the issue. We collect cash because that is how we do business which last time I checked is still a valid form of payment in the ***. Your warranty company would not pay us to fix your issue because you did not take care of your equipment like the manuf. recommends and neglected it so they denied your claim. We would have fixed it for you for $ ***** plus the part but you chose not to do that. Please do not submit false information to the BBB as it is against their policyReview from Jennifer C

They came out because my furnace died. **** had it up and running in 10 minutes. I cant say enough about the quality and professionalism of this company. We will definitely use them on the future! Good job guysReview from Jennifer C

**** came out to our home since it is FEB and our furnace was dead. He was responsive and very polite, explained what the issue was, gave us a price to fix it and did. Also, while he was here we had a leaking faucet that my husband couldn't fix 3 times and we asked **** to look at it and he fixed our faucet within 5 minutes and did not even charge us for that. We are very happy with A+ HVAC and plumbing and will call them when we have another issue.
