june 20, 2023 new installed hot water tank leaked. 28 duncan avenue pittsburgh pa 15205-2545 payed receipt. tank leaks. repaired 5 times. tank leaks. reported. under dispute citizens bank credit card. price. 1575. dollar. tank leaks. hired pennslyvania cerified plumber. checked. tank leaks. reported to installer of tank. filed police report. filed dispute citizens bank. credit card 1-800684-2222 citizens bank credit card dispute. have no phone to upload.

During a routine maintenance visit we discovered that the water heater had a small leak. On June 20,2023 we replaced the water heater and added an expansion tank. On June 23, 2023 customer reported that the new tank was leaking from the relief valve. We replaced the relief valve at no charge. On June 27, 2023 customer reported it was still leaking. We returned to the home at no charge and diagnosed high water pressure in the home, due to a faulty House Pressure Water Regulator. This is causing the High Pressure Safety Relief Valve to vent water. The Water Heater itself is not leaking. We fully intended to replace the faulty regulator, however, we have no way to contact the homeowner, as they do not have a phone. The only means of contact we have is when the customer comes into our office. The customer came in on Thursday July 27, 2023 to inform us the problem is ongoing, and informed us they would return to our office on Friday, July 28, 2023 or Monday, July 31, 2023 to further discuss and schedule a return visit. To this date August 7, 2023, the customer has yet to return and we have no way to contact them. If the homeowner would like to have the work performed they can contact our office, and we would be happy to schedule the repairs.
