If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This vet was cruel and disgraceful. In a home visit to help us peacefully euthanize our 20+ year old family cat, she made sure to tell my mom she "hoped she learned her ****** in waiting this long" and about how cruel it was of us. In a moment of deep grief for our family and saying goodbye to a cat that was deeply loved, this was insanely unprofessional and heartless. Our cat had shown no signs of discomfort until two days prior, and my mother called the next day to schedule something. There was no unnecessary waiting on our part. I would never recommend this to anyone as this was such an obvious lack of empathy. When someone is trusting you with this difficult decision to say goodbye to a family pet, they do not need to hear about how cruel they are or how badly their animal is suffering. Absolutely disgraceful and I hope that in the future the vet will think more carefully about the fragile situation that they are in. Completely disgusting.Review from Lisa T

This person made a bad situation worse! Please do not use this service. We found her to be condescending, insincere, and downright rude. She approached our almost 16 year dog in a manner that-if she knew anything about dogs- especially older dogs- she would not have done. And when my dog growled at her she wanted to muzzle her! This "doctor" had no people skills at all and was all over the place. I was very close to asking her to get out, but did not want my dog to suffer another minute. In addition to this she kept trying to "up sell" us asking several times if we wanted a paw print done or a lock of her hair. I so wanted to do the right thing for our dog ( and family) by having her euthanized at home in what I though would be a peaceful time. It's been 3 months since this awful event and although we are still mourning the loss of our girl, the worse part is when we think of how it all went down. I agree with the previous post!DO NOT USE GENTLE JOURNEY
