    I give this company a zero! They are rude, dismissive and bullies! They love to take your money. They do not work for the community, only the *** president and themselves with no accountability. I pay a $406 *** fee and still have to pay extra for added assessments and projects that did not pass owner votes. I would never move to any community that is managed by this company.

    The management company works under the directive of the Board of the **** If there is a community assessment, it was deemed necessary for the good of the entire community, not the management company. The management company has no financial gain in assessments. The fee to the management company is a very small portion of your ***************, no portion of assessments are paid to the management company.

    This property management group is a joke! I cannot get anyone to return my phone calls or answer a single one of my questions. Acri has been "overseeing" our HOA for the past couple of years and have not helped a single bit. They collect monthly HOA payments and send out bills, they have no idea how to help or manage a property. I have tried several time with no success to reach ******* the owner and he refuses to speak with me and instead sent me an email to list my grievances. It has been well over a week and almost 2, he has not gotten back to me once with a single answer. Instead he just sent us all an email about reporting our HOA dues to the credit agencies, even though he has not been able to complete projects that have been assessed and paid well over 2 years ago. I guess I have no option but to report this company to the BBB since they cannot follow through with anything.

    Most inquiries from homeowners are responded to via email. It is more efficient to respond to a homeowner if we have their concern in writing.. You have not stated what issue you are trying to have us resolve, nor have given the name of the community in which you live. If you would like to email me with your concern, I will try to address it. Also the report to the credit agency is for delinquent homeowners to assure the community is receiving all the funds to be able to continue to due scheduled projects, but also a boost to credit score to those who pay in a timely fashion. We have managed communities for over 30 years, so there are very few questions we cannot answer regarding management services. Please send me an email with your concerns.

    The worst property management ever. Submitted 4 maintenance requests none of which has been accommodated. Poor communication with homeowners. The management keeps raising the maintenance fees yearly (last year for 15%) spending money unwisely. During the annual board meeting the management never explains to people how homeowners money were spent. Just couple of meaningless phrases and declaration of the maintenance fee being increased. They don't like questions and getting rude and upset when somebody wants some answers regarding what they do. The contractors they hire redo same work twice or three times because of lack of skills but most likely charging the COA pay/per hour basis. Besides the other expenses the management also collects the money for insurance coverage . My neighbor's car was hit by the fallen tree as result of cutting the tree roots by the plumbing company. If i'm not mistaken it was ********* ******* *** ********( No coverage - said the property manager. So bottom line is - no matter what you ask or request - you always get a big NO.

    Difficult to communicate with anyone at Acri. Although they do respond, it is not timely and seems to be half hearted. I wrote a letter in May, I am still waiting for a response. It is obvious they do not put a priority on customer service.

    A terrible property mgmt. company. No communication as to work being done in the plan; they dont respond to complaints and hire contractors (ie. ********** ***********) who do shoddy work and are hostile towards the homeowners. They just dont care.
