            Date: 3/30/22 Spoke with a rep from Green Apple Barter. Disputed amt: $489.35. Our company add accumulated a significant amount of trade dollars with Green Apple. I was informed that the trade dollars could be converted to gift cards. I was issued three gift cards, one of which I depleted. Every card had its own card number. And one indicated a zero balance, the other a $489.35 balance. They told me that there were zero dollars on each of them, and that the third card had the balance. Also they informed me that they had no way of looking up the third gift card number with the balance. They said they changed systems and didn’t keep those numbers anymore. I was never informed of that policy change, they replied that they did not keep those numbers anymore. It seems strange that they were not able to look up the history of a company who is dealt with them for multiple years. Their only reply was that they don’t keep those records anymore. If gift cards were issued, would they not have the card numbers in their system for the cards that were issued? In fact I spoke with someone on this last year from Green Apple and we ran through the balances on all three cards. The question is, how many other companies have had this problem? Can you help?
