I purchased an item from seller, I received it and it came damaged. I emailed the seller four days straight before receiving a response. I informed her that I was mailing it back and asked if the address on her website was the correct one and she said yes. It was received back to her on October 10, 2024 and I have been emailing her since and she is refusing to respond. I want my money back!!! Shes a fraud is selling damaged items and mailing the know out to customers. She has blocked me on Instagram and is still refusing to respond to my emails and money had yet to be returned.

    Hello

    To whom it may concern:
In response to the aforementioned false allegations, please see the following supporting information.
Modboutique Fashions LLC is a handmade custom design boutique; each item in which I create is handmade and one of a kind, and created with full autonomy of said designer and owner of ModBoutique Fashions LLC This information is provided to clients prior to purchase this way all clients have the full details of the way the creative process and foundation of the business runs before making a purchase, as all sales are final.

The said client purchased her item on 9/17/24 during our Anniversary sale this is a previous client and has been a returning customer on several occasions since 2/13/22. Please see attached documentation of her previous purchases, the business has never received a complaint from her until she was restricted from reselling my designs.

As one designer and the complexity of each design, item is question was not damaged or defective when sent to said customer, however customer damaged the item and placed blame on the designer. Which in turn I awarded her a courtesy to return the item to be repaired. Customer then became combative and decided to file a claim with afterpay on 10/19/24 to have her money returned.
I awarded her a refund of $242.67 which afterpay closed the case as of 11/3/24 please see supporting documentation of this transaction as well as the original photos of the item and the photo of how the item was returned damaged and torn.
Its helpful to avoid these situations, which makes it look negative on the business if clients would simply read the information provided to them in a plethora of areas throughout the website.
Please also see attached my website and my instagram page at Modboutique_fashions which thoroughly displays all significant shop information,
I like for everyone to know our policies prior to purchasing, lines of communication are always open as well as the shop email is provided and direct messaging. This way clients can ask all questions prior to purchasing.
However it was brought to my attention that this customer was buying my designs and reselling them on her instagram page, which in turn I restricted and blocked her account. However she still purchased from our store even after she was blocked from our social media account. Customer has continued to harass store owner and state verbal obscenities, which have been ignored.

I wish to have these allegations expunged from my business profile as the information provided by customer is false and is deemed more personal than professional, given the nature of her conduct even after she has received her money.

    Thank you
