    On or about August 23, 2023 I purchased and ordered a computer electrical unit for a *** ******** and contacted the owner/employee named **** at ePartsland Inc to confirm my purchase and Payment was received. On August 24, 2023 the owner/seller named **** confirmed he received my money for the *** ******** motor electrical unit and my part would be shipped out the next day and I would receive my part the next week. I requested a Shipping Tracking number to monitor my delivery and never received any response or tracking information from Epartsland. I then made several attempts to contact the customer service and owner to confirm that my delivery was processed. On August 24, September 6, 8, 13, 2023 I made 4-emails and many calls to find epartsland and was unable to reach them to get resolution for my missing order. I was instead ignored by the company. I finally sent the company a final email and told them I would contact the authorities on my stolen money and missing part that epartsland never delivered to me. I made calls and was told I would have to file a legal complaint with the court. That being in the State where the company is located but I’m in California. I haven't heard back yet from the court clerk on the forms I need to file. I have attached my pictures of emails sent and the admission by epartsland owner **** they received my money and delivered to be mailed to me.

    Ordered a ecm on the 22 of this month got a email saying order received and part would be shipped with in 5 business days and that's the last contact I have had with the emailed several time and no reply called straight to vm they just charged me and disappeared .no shipping or tracking # I have opened a dispute on pay pail for a refund and so far they have not responded to P.p. or answered any of my emails.

    I placed an order on May 17th. The website clearly states that orders will be shipped within 5 business days, or sooner, and they will send a confirmation email with tracking information. It is now May 26th. I have not received any email, and after 3 emails (one to business email, one to "president's" email and one to the sales email) I have also tried contact through ****** and have received no response from the business. I need what I ordered!
