    on the 8th I placed an order with this company for the parts in the included images (notice the status on both parts shows "Available"... attached to the order I included a note, "if these items are actually available to ship from the manufacturer, you have my permission to take my money and process this order... however, if the items are not actually available for immediate shipping as shown on your site, and are currently on backorder, I am requesting that you cancel this order and issue a full refund, because I do not wish to wait for the items to eventually become available", a few days after placing the order I received a voice message from ***** stating that one of the items was on backorder with on ETA, she wanted to know if I wanted to cancel the order entire order or have them ship the one side that they had in stock... I message her the next day saying to cancel the entire order, didn't hear anything, so I messaged again the next day, still not reply, so I called on 7/13/23, ***** was not at work, spoke with another girl who said the order was still pending and had not been canceled, she also stated that she couldn't cancel the order, so she sent a message to someone else to do it? order is still not cancelled, and I still have not received a refund... I was very clear in the message that I included, that the order was to be cancelled if any of the items went on backorder, and to issue a full refund, which they have failed to do up to this point!!! please issue a full refund!! spoke with *** on the phone today (asked for *****, unavailable again) and he said he would look into this situation, tired of getting the run around from this business, no tracking information has ever been sent, it's been 11 days since I placed the order and paid for it online... I just want a full refund!!!

    This companies 25% off and free shipping is miss leading after you add shipping and tax its no savings also code doesn't work on their website.I called and wasted my time. False advertising on ****** search and website.

    In response to BBB complaint ********: Our coupon ads specifically state that Promotional Discounts are applied to List Prices & cannot be combined with other offers. Some restrictions apply. The maximum allowable discount on each product may be less than the percentage being advertised. On restricted items, a partial discount Up To the maximum discount being advertised may apply. Due to MAP (Minimum Advertised Pricing) policies, some of our manufacturers products cannot be sold at discounted prices. Free or discounted Shipping promotions are valid for Contiguous US Ground Freight only. Promotional Offers are subject to change without notice.

    We tried to help this customer understand how our promotion works over the phone. To which this customer stated that if we didn't give him 25% off of the items on his order that were not a part of the promotion; then he was going to intentionally ruin our reputation. Documentation including a copy of our promotion and a statement from our Sales manager regarding this is attached.

    I was recently in contact with Natalie D************ at top flight auto over a damaged dash that was sent over the mail. Natalie was contacted immediately upon delivery of the item and showed the damage via email and she stated that she would have a resolution for me by the 24th of June. I have several voicemails on my phone from Natalie stating that she would work on fixing the issue. This was a clearance dash on there website however there were no descriptions stating that there was any damage with the dash. I have not heard via phone or email from Natalie since the 28th of June with several attempts by myself. The order number for this item is Top Flight Automotive web order *****-******

    There was a miscommunication between our company's representative who left the company in the middle of this customer service situation. Her las day was on June 24th, 2022. Because of this, the customers email was not seen by staff for a few days. Upon checking the representatives email and phone messages, we contacted the customer the following week to get the issue resolved. As of Saturday July 9th, the customer has a new dash pad in his possession. I spoke to him today and he is completely satisfied with the way things were handled and looks forward to working with our company in the future. He also stated that he had contacted the BBB to have this claim redacted.

    This company did great and it was a once in a lifetime accident that one of there members left when dealing with my situation.  Wendy did amazing work I'm looking forward to purchasing from this company again.  I am sorry for the confusion.
