We have had Oehlerts Brothers as our sole heating, air conditioning and oil delivery company for two decades. Our most recent interaction was with Tom V. as he performed our annual furnace cleaning/service. He was professional and through. We have never had a problem with Oehlerts and will continue to use them for the foreseeable future.Review from Larry G

Patrick has handled several service calls at our house for both the AC and Heater. He has always been on time and handled the calls effectively and efficiently. He made a recommendation last year for installation of a new thermostat for the AC system and the new one worked great throughout the summer. Well, to start with I like the easier reviews that ask question then has option to rate 1-5... Would have be easier to just give Patrick ALL 5's... Since he performed ALL his tasks as a result of his work ethic he deserves a better review! I know I have had Patrick in the past years, but I was probably to lazy to do a formal review........ So let this count as 2 reviews. I always sit on the steps as he starts his clean process... and he will listen to any concerns I have with my system, this visit I thought I had a zone not heating my lower level..... he immediately changed his work flow and looked at this issue...... he explained what he was looking at and finally determined that my thermostat was the cause of the no heat..... I'm sure he would have found that during his service, but was just doing for customer concern and he did it first.... Since I cannot give him ALL 6's will leave it as all 5'sReview from Robert H

For my annual heater tuneup, the technicians at Oehlert always do a great and professional job, but this year Rick K went above and beyond the normal job and made sure my reservoir for water condensate from the heater was thoroughly cleaned so it could continue to function and pump the water out of my house. Recently Preston came out to make a repair to our heating system. He was efficient, found the problem, explained the issue and made the repair. We have used Oehlert for about 40 years in two homes and have always been pleased. The response is timely for repair problems and the workers have always been respectful of our home and knowledgeable. Would recommend them to anyone.Review from Cynthia A

I have used Oehlert's for about 15 years because I trust the service that they provide. Patrick has been performing the yearly service on my furnace for the past three years. He always takes the time to answer my questions and educate me about my furnace.
