            Worst place to buy furniture!! our sectional is 6 months old and ripping at seems on console which was already replaced after it was delivered.. the warranty we purchased means nothing ..the lady my husband talked to blamed it on something so reduculous ..we have furniture from big lots in our one family room that we purchased 5 years ago that doesn't one problem.. never buy from Levin . they sure went down hill from years ago..!

            We paid for a couch in Oct and we are still waiting now being told sometime in Feb. the sent one that was the wrong color. They said they would expedite bit no such thing. They never called or explained what the problem was.

            I purchased the fabric protection when I bought my furniture. Their website says how convenient it is to file a claim online, but magically, the portal said I didnt have any eligible pieces. Should have seen that as a red flag. Spoke with someone and got my claim filed. No one came out to look at or measure my rip, but yet somehow they measured it via pictures and said its greater than 6 and denied the claim

            I bought a **** on a 60 mos, 0% option. Loved it. I went back this year and bought a new king size bedroom set and added it to my zero % previous purchase with no problem whatsoever. Simply call in advance to make sure the items could be added and...Presto!! ?? All Good!! *. ******* - *********, ****

            I use to shop at Levin....the care and follow up is no longer at the Levin stores. Not sure who has to order a dresser and have it broken several time. Wasting so much time of the customer to wait again and again. Still waiting on the dresser to come in not broken....no salesperson can reorder correctly, they do not return your calls or e-mails but want you to refer others to the store. That will never happen with this poor poor service. Will be excepting my refund real soon.
