    I stopped by Nelly's auto sales to test drive a 2004  **** ***** ******** on February 13,2023. ***** went with me on the test drive. After noticing a few things with the vehicle while driving I asked ***** about them and she said it was no big deal just because it was 4 wheel drive. Upon returning to *****'s I asked for a *** *** and she said they don't provide them (to expensive she said and claimed it was over $160 for one, this is another lie from her. They are under $45 per car), even through their entire building advertises they do. The **** was advertised as "clean and well maintained. Could be driven with confidence anywhere." This was not the case at all. After ***** pushed and assured me this vehicle was in top shape I purchased it after 4pm on February 13. On February 15,2023 at 8am this vehicle would not start and needed to be jumped to get it to a mechanic shop because we also noticed it was very low on oil. The mechanic looked the vehicle over and found many issues including, stuck oil cap, leaking oil from all connections to the engine, oil pan is rotted through, the suspension issues including deferential and sway bars as well as other parts, etc. The vehicle is not safe to drive if oil can't be added and if it continues to leak at this rate it will break the engine. The suspension issues make it a rolling hazard on the road. I enjoyed my 72 hour right to rescind and brought the vehicle back to *****'s with the list from the mechanic and have been trying to work with them to have them fix the issues but they refuse. Threats to me to have the vehicle towed at my expense after telling me they would have their mechanic look at it. Lies upon lies from *****. I spent $8300 on this vehicle and thousands of dollars are still needed to make this vehicle safe to drive on the road. I have repeatedly tried to work with ***** to make this right, she refuses, the vehicle still sits on their lot leaking fluids. False advertising and history of unethical practices.

    The customer came into our dealership specifically looking for this vehicle. She was not pressured into the sale. The **** was sold as is, and was inspected by a local offsite mechanic before it was put up for sale. The customer did try to leave the **** in our lot after a few days of being in possession of it. The dealership did have the **** towed off of our lot because it belongs to the customer not the dealership.

    Purchased a car on August 27th 2022 and financed the auto through Nelleys. I told them I did not want the extended warranty which was 2550.00 dollars. Due to a mistake on the paperwork the extended warranty was applied to the loan along with gap insurance of 784 dollars which I did not want as well. I cannot cancel the gap insurance because of being in Pa but I can the extended warranty. I cancelled the warranty on September 8 2022 and informed Nelleys as well. With the extended warranty Nelley's got money for it and in order for me to get the money taken off my balance for the car Nelleys needs to return the money they received, The car dealership has not and has been over the 45 day period. I have been in constant contact with the warranty company and have emails saying they could not contact the dealership. The warranty company is implementing their process for being over 45 day period whatever that is. I tried to forward all emails on upload screen but it would not work. I can email them to you if needed.
