            Placed an order on 5/15/2023 for model kit and paints. Reference ***-****. Contacted company several times via their on-line email form, with no response at all (despite the fact their website says they will respond within 48 hours. Spoke with a representative three time over the phone. Each time, he "checked" his computer and that the material was now in stock and they would send it out within 1-2 days.It is now October 2023. Still no order.

            Ordered 9 models kits totaling $307.22, I received 2 kits worth app. $80. Upon trying to inquire about the rest I was told they were delivered and after going back and forth a few times explaining I didn't get the other 7 items and getting excuses about moving warehouses and doing an inventory I stopped getting responses and still am owed app.$220. SCAM WEBSITE DO NOT ORDER. They are currently being sued by Pennsylvania AG. ******************************************************************************************************************************************************************

            I originally purchased $164.08 worth of products (3 model kits) on Aug 17, 2020 (Order # **-****). After 4 months, I reached out to the seller to ask for a status update, only for them to respond saying they'll let me know when they get a chance. In Jan 2021, I reached out again only to receive no response. Then in March 2021 I reached out to ask for a refund since the seller was no longer responding to emails. Now it's nearly 2 years later and I've never received the products I ordered nor have I received a refund.

            Back on June 13th of this year, I placed an order for a model airplane kit which was advertised on their website.After mailing in a U.S. Postal money order for $45.34 for the model, I was notified by them that the item was no longer available. I asked for my money order to be returned to me, but heard nothing more from the company.I have attempted to contact them over 10 times since then, both by email message along with leaving messages on their website.

            On March 31, 2022 I ordered two model kits from Hobby Models LLC in Mayfield PA. Total price with shipping came to $53.89. The only option they gave me to pay for them was to send a money order. On April 1 I bought a money order at **** **** and sent it to them that day. I have never received the models. I have sent them multiple e-mails and have no response from them. This is the only way to contact them, they don't give a phone number. I have asked them to either send me the models I ordered or my money back. I even told them I would pick two different models if they no longer had the two I ordered in stock. I still had no response from them. They never e- mailed me a receipt, so I have no receipt. I went on the ***** **** website to check the status of the ***** **** I sent and it says that it has not been cashed. I went back to the **** **** where I purchased the ***** **** from about three weeks after I purchased the ***** **** to see if I could get my money back and cancel the ***** **** but they told me it was to late to do that.
