            I booked two nights through ******.com. I went with my 14 and 15 year old daughters for a fun girls getaway. After one restless night on rock hard beds, we complained to the front desk. They gave us keys to a few room and every single bed was as hard as a rock or you could feel the springs. I also have mobility issues and every cottage at the inn was up a huge incline which was next to impossible to walk to with my issues. Nowhere on the website was the terrain mentioned. That one night really took a toll on my physical health and it took me days to recuperate. Upon checkout, I was continuously apologized to and was promised a one night refund, but that never happened. Lisa M******* responded to my first email saying that it wasn't refundable since it was booked through ******.com. I contacted ******.com and they told me it is refundable with Inn approval. My next three emails were ignored. I checked out before check out time, and I was miserable there, so I feel I deserve a refund, especially because it was promised to me.
