    Contacted company for moving service from NJ to SW Florida in May. Received quote for roughly $2,100 for 500 cubic sq st. Pickup was June 21st 2023 for first delivery in FL on June 30th 2023. Driver never delivered on that date. Delivery did not come until after the July 4th holiday which I believe was July 9th or 10th. since the delivery was not on time I wrote a customer complaint about unprofessionalism in regards to improper communication, as well as not taking all items in the quote and not filling the full space of the 500 cubic sq ft of the truck that we were quoted for. I asked for a partial refund and received the run-a-round BS response back. Truck finally delivered and my family member was there waiting and the truck driver was going to leave and would not drop off our stuff unless paid first. After going through the boxes, several boxes where opened and my brand new desktop computer was missing along with a new ring doorbell and major damage and 2 missing pieces to our kitchen table that was only a few years old. The 2 pieces were the bottom structure in order to completely put the table correctly together. I called to report a damage/missing items claim and was told to email the information and pictures to info@aclassmoving.com. I have wrote to this email now 3 times with no response and also did several text messages and called with left messages and still no response given. I am at the point where I will be filing a civil suit complaint if this is not resolved soon. It's been well over a month since my first claim and would like to see some progress in regards to getting either a partial refund off the delivery and my items replaced that were missing upon delivery and a replacement for all the damage that was done to my kitchen table.

    I had a binding quote and on the day of moving after loading the truck the driver over doubled the price. We were only 2 boxes over the exact itemization and he bullied us once the boxes were already loaded which is illegal. I called the sales rep ************************* - she was sweet to say she will help and just like the other complainer said which is 1000 percent accurate never called me back after 15 calls and emails. We have video footage of the driver forcing the paperwork once the truck was loaded despite me questioning him about the binding quotes. There is no way 2 boxes extra should double my quote/. The quote was $1500 and once they had our stuff they said you have to pay $4000! Never do business with them - they also did not guarentee a delivery date - you are at their mercy - they are a horrid company

    The originally agreed on price was $5841.20 based on 1416 cf. The final price after the truck was packed was $11,910 on 2350cf. I've rented a storage unit of 2000 cf and all belongings will fit there. The scheduled pick up date was 7/26. They arrived 7/27 and had to carry over to 7/28 which was the closing date. Upon the 1st scheduled delivery drop off to the storage (I had to rent due to a discrepancy in what the sales rep misrepresented) items were broken (70" ******* TV, patio 6 chair table, wheel mount on 8800 ******* generator, and more). I've filed with ************.net for the broken goods. The customer service rep Jennifer T**** (********@southeastvl.com) initially entertained my complaint, but no resolve was suggested. While price is the main issue, it's unaccountable actions by a moving company to lure potential customers in with low balled prices, then double them once the contents are packed. The poor ethic to indicate the storage would be included for first 3 months free, then a charge would incur. I moved nearly 2000 miles to having been taken advantage of by a moving company. Is there any help for this situation?
