            I reached out to ********************************* dba Cierra's Maid 2 Clean LLC via ******** Messenger to inquire about their cleaning services. After having an in depth conversation with them explaining what their deep cleans include, I hired and paid ********************************* $400.00 on 12/19/22 to perform a deep clean of my home on 1/7/2023. 3 Employees came to my home at 10AM Saturday 1/7/23 and I left for the day to let them clean. I received a message shortly after 3PM that my house was ready. I returned home shortly after 6PM. I was aware that a thorough walk though was required by the client within 24 hrs. I began my walk through and contacted ****** right away with concern that a deep clean was not performed. No appliances or furniture were moved to clean behind or underneath. The carpeted steps going upstairs had rock type substances on each step (I was later told their vacuum starting "spitting stuff out on the steps and they got it the best they can"). I did not receive the service I paid for. ************************ is adamant about her no refund policy and wishes to resolve the issue by returning to my home to clean the areas missed. What she will not understand is that the whole entire "deep clean" that I paid for- that she described in the messages attached was not performed to begin with. I reached out to ************************ to come over the next day, Sunday 1/8/2023 (in the 24hr time period), to witness in person that my home was not deep cleaned, but she declined saying she was out of town. I am also mainly filing this complaint for public record and awareness as this has apparently happened to her clients before.
