Unfair practice of misrepresenting flooring and return policy of outrageous charge fee unlike other vendors

Poor quality product. Poor communication. Regret using this company and would not recommend it to anyone

Molyneaux initially sent sub contractors to the house that did not complete the work. They said they were coming back, and did not. I had to call Molyneaux, and have them complete the work. They did not have the company name on the initial contractors vehicles that came on their behalf. They came back 3 times for work that was not completed properly for a 5x8 area in the bathroom.

I have used Molyneaux twice before for carpet purchase and installation. So when I needed to replace my bedroom carpet, I called Molyneaux. During the sales process for my bedroom carpet, the salesman, ****, commented on the on the obvious wear patterns on my living room carpet ( also installed by Molyneaux) and that, that particular carpet had had a lot of problems and would probably be covered by their warranty. We did purchase our bedroom carpet from him and also hard flooring for two other bedrooms. Some problems with the hard flooring but all have been resolved. However, when I filed a claim with the company for my living room carpet(as instructed by ****, it was denied. We sent many pictures as requested and they did have their own salesmans opinion that the carpet was showing more wear than expected. The warranty department never sent anyone to inspect this wear. We are snowbirds and only spend about four months a year in this home. However, in order to have any of my carpet covered under warranty, I must have it professionally cleaned every 18 months. So after approximately six months of use, I will lose any warranty on my new carpet. I feel strongly that the salesman was using the promise of warranty replacement in my living room to close the deal on my new floors. My living room carpet was professionally cleaned once after about two years and I was told by the cleaning company that it was not soil I was seeing, but wear. It didnt need cleaning when **** commented on the wear and no amount of cleaning will fix a wear problem. I believe their warranty requirement is designed to avoid having to cover warranty issues.
