This is the real thing. Yes, its expensive, but there are no gimmicks, no pyramids, no pushing products, just coaching from educated experts in nutrition who are constantly checking the science of what helps women to build muscle and lose body fat. There are checks and balances within the program to continually give feedback to coaches while they regularly work with clients on an individual basis. In my opinion, the price tag is a good value for quality coaching.much better than any I would be able to find my town of about 7000.

Warrior Babe has been life changing. I started my journey 3 years ago overweight, on blood pressure medication and uncomfortable in my own skin. Through the program Ive learned about mindset, tracking macros, consistency and discipline. The accountability with my coach and the community is invaluable. It has kept me going, when Im certain I would have given up. Im a 47 year old mother of twins, and I am now in the best shape of my life. I am ********, I am 45 years old, have two kids and a farm full of animals. Dear future Warriorbabe! It sounds too good to be true, that finally, you will be able to lose weight and feel good about yourself. I was right there in your shoes doubting and talking down to myself for letting my body go. But when will YOU finally be worth it?I know you are busy running around chauffeuring your kids to baseball, basketball and ballet. Your coach can help you get your workouts in without a gym while you wait for them! This program is supportive! Your coach is a quick and simple text message away with advice and tips on how to keep going even if you are not motivated at the moment. There are also group meetings, area specific chat groups so you can meet up in real life with other warriors and an online community of participants cheering you on and helping as ******** can have really anything you want as long as it fits into the macros that are developed specifically for you (this is not a cut and paste program). Are you going to have days where you dont work out? Yes, lots of them! Are you going to be hungry? No, this is about fueling your body properly to get your metabolism working again and able to support a healthy body. I am not finished and maybe there is no finished for this program because it becomes your life. At 7 months in, I have lost nearly 30 pounds and I have a new outlook on life. My clothes fit and I can do this! So can you. There is so much more to this program and I hope you can join me in it!

I started with warrior babe at the end of Feb 2024 and it was the best decision! I have learned how to fuel my body with food, build muscle and love myself.
