The customer did purchase additional coverage at time of purchase on 5.27.23  He then chose to cancell that coverage on 6.6.23.  We cancelled all coverage and let him know that it would take til the end of the month for the warranty company to process and issue a check to the bank.  This did happen.  A check was issued to his financial lender on 7.13.23.  All products were cancelled and his account will reflect the proper amount in a few more days.

    Thank you

I have reached out to Ciocca Chevrolet/Doug C********** three time via email and returned a phone call from Doug, regarding two hard credit reports that were run on my name/social. Below I've attached the email which details my issues. ____Good morning,Im following up again regarding email from last week. I'm available any today, if you have questions with the issues I have addressed. As I stated in my pervious emails, at no time did I authorize running this type of report. I was not interested in obtaining a loan through your finance department or even on my own, I stated multiple times I would be having a co-signer. I received paper copies the denials from financial groups in regards to the consideration of sale or lease of a 2019 ******* *******, I certainly did not express ANY interest in this vehicle, ever, anywhere. These credit inquiries need to be removed from any and all credit reporting agencies. I have attached what was run on 4/7/22 and reported to **********.Thank you,******* _________

     Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:

I'm wondering what information was submitted "on my behalf" and the documentation they have of my approving/requesting submitting multiple credit applications.

I am a disabled dialysis patient and have been so for 26 years, (I began dialysis at age 9) and have significatly little earned income. (Please see attached social security statement)

I live litterally across the street from this dealership, I went after my dad said "why don't you go find out what a lease looks like over there." As I previously stated in my orginal complaint, I explicatly told the sales associate and finance manager I would have a co-signer, they began to pressure me saying, "well we work with a lot of banks, let's see what we can do." I was in the dealership for maybe an hour before a physical therapy appointment that I needed to get to. I left stating "I don't have time for all this."

I have also attached recently recieved letters from Transunion deeming the obtained credit reports were done with a fraudulent application.

    Thanks,

    ******* *******

    In response to the customer:

You state that you came in to see what a lease looks like.  You stated you have a co-signer.  There is no way for us to submit someone for the purchase or a lease of a vehicle without that customer giving us their social security number, date of birth, address, legal name and income.  You acknowledge that the dealership said they were going to submit you to a bank.  There is no confusion here.  You give all that information knowing you are going to submit for credit to get approval for a vehicle.

I think we have answered all questions and do not wish to keep rehashing the same thing.  Without information you provided we cannot submit you for getting approval to purchase or lease a vehicle.
