If I could give zero stars I would, I bought my car from them first I was given 3 different prices I declined to buy the car when they did this once I was leaving they all come over and honor the first price I was given . I test drove the car it drove fine I took it to auto zone and did a code reader and multiple codes came up on issues so took it back to the dealer handed them the paper and someone went out to check and said they had no codes that it was probably just a permanent code and nothing was wrong bought the car got it home the next morning check engine light is on so I take it to the mechanic and it was misfiring 800$ later I fixed the problem day 2 of owning the car its raining outside I get in the car and the roof is leaking ( when I got the car it stunk but was told it was from cleaning the rugs and that it will go away after airing it out (after fixing the leaking roof and cleaning the car the smell went away) still can see the stains on the roof where it was leaking in 4 different spots well a week later still having issues I kept seeing big oil marks on my driveway so took it back in and was told it was bone dry no oil in it and that it has a bad engine oil pan crazy to here this when the car was inspected and serviced before being sold by **** beans so they lied they know what they were doing and just wanted the car gone I am out of money and still dealing with the car oil leak that is now causing metal into my engine and was told it can seize up no one wants to touch the car because it is now a liability I cant drive my car its not safe and I have 6 kids ! Brought 3 of my young ones with me when I bought the car one as a newborn and the couldnt care if they sold a good and safe car or not they should be ashamed

I thought the SUV was in good condition with some external and enteral damage. I had no idea that the SUV had almost $7,000 worth of damages due to negligence. I also feel that PA Inspection failed to report that the maintenance for this vehicle had not been done and may interfere with the dealer or manufactory warranty. I financed this SUV for 7 years at $24,650.64 and it’s not safe to drive. I can understand replacing the tires but almost $7,000 in general maintenance is not fair. No one would have bought this vehicle for that price with that kind of damage. If I had known about the damages, I would have chosen to buy a new SUV for $31,000. I’m asking the Ford Dealer to repair the damages which would show that the vehicle was State Inspected and declared safe to drive. This vehicle was damaged before I bought the Ford Escape but why should I have to pay for this type of damage. Fred B**** never said anything about repairs. Even when I left the dealer, cars were flashing their lights maybe trying to warn me that something was wrong with the SUV and by the time I got home late that night, the right rear tire was almost flat. The next day I took it to the shop and was told that the rim was bent, and a plug of rubber was missing from the tire. A previous owner neglected these things, not me. I feel that the repairs should have been made before the SUV was inspected for safe driving. Evidently, Fred Beans inspect their own automobiles and is not open about the safety and condition of their used automobiles. The paperwork on this Ford Escape shows that the gas milage is 23 mpg. Currently, I’m getting 20.4 mpg. Everything is wrong with this SUV. I’m so disappointed with the Ford Escape and Fred B****. I’ve only driven less than 3,000 miles since my purchase in November 2021.
