I am not saying that you did this but someone could be pranking you or did this to be malicious towards you. We do take this very seriously. As long as the name and address you provided matches what is printed on the catalog there should be no problem with the removal. Thank you for letting us know you are receiving this unwanted material. I am so sorry to hear somehow you were added to our mailing list. We do not solicit these catalogs to the public. Someone has to go to our website, enter in the information and request for them to be sent. I contacted the catalog company where the mailing database is and asked them to remove you from the mailing list and add you to the suppression list so it will not happen again. On April 6, 2023 my brother, ***** ******** died. I took care of things after he died and switched his mailing address to mine to make sure any of his bills were paid. Since then I have received mailings for A&E’s porn catalogues about every 10 days. I WANT THESE MAILINGS TO STOP as they remind me of my dead brother. I have started writing “DECEASED — RETURN TO SENDER” on the mailings but I want to contact the company directly to ask them to STOP these mailings.Business response

I never signed up for this catalog. I never knew that it even exist. Please stop sending it to my home where my family lives. The issue started in 2023, last year, I'm unsure of the start time because I didn't sign up for it. I realized that I already received about five mails before I could manually unlist from mailing via online (thankfully, hoping it will stop). Still, it keeps arriving to my home. Hence, unwanted sexual ads. I don't know why but it seems like whoever sign me up for this has malice intentions. Please take me off the listing, permanently if possible. It is frustrating to keep seeing this kind of content when I am not interested to begin with. Moving forward, I would advise the company to take extra precautions to prevent and protect innocent citizens from "crazy" people who sign them up for these kind of ads. It is harassment. It is stressful. It is embarrassing. No one deserves it.Business response

It would seem someone who needs a class on basic ethics and decency signed me up for this extremely unwanted advertising. I abhor the content and want it to stop immediately. This company needs to implement some strategy to vet who is requesting their product so as to not allow others to weaponize it.Business response

I don’t know why I am constantly getting mailed stuff from this company to my parents house where I haven’t lived in over a decade? It is very embarrassing to have to explain to your mother that you have no idea why this kind of mail is being sent to the house. We take these matters very seriously as sometimes people are malicious and will go to our site and sign people up for the catalogs as either a prank on someone or some other attempt to disrupt their life. In order to ensure that the removal is successful I need to verify the name as it appears on the catalog and the mailing is correct. Please let me know so I can get this taken care. I do see a name and address is provided and only ask for verification because sometimes in these scenarios a person will give their current name and address and not the one on the catalog. I understand how frustrating receiving this type of content can be especially at your place of work. I can assure that we take this very seriously and do not just randomly send out our catalog to anyone. Someone has physically go to our website and request it. Unfortunately there are people out there that think it is funny to send this type of content to other people as some sort of joke or revenge etc. To resolve this for you I reached out to our catalog liaison at the catalog company where the database for catalog subscriber information is kept and asked them to remove your name and address from the mailing. I do need to inform you that our catalogs are pre-printed so you may receive on or two more depending on the cycle. Please let me know if you have any more questions or concerns.
