I utilized Ticket leap vs ***** ***** for ticket sales with an event on 4/20/24. I received a receipt that I had been paid on 4/25. However, no payment was issued. I was told to wait 24-48 hours and call back if no funds hit the account. I did, due to funds still being unavailable. I waited and called back on 4/29 and was told that it should be available on 4/29. 3 different stories, still NO FUNDS. I made it clear that I would update as many as I could to warn them of using this outlet. It is sad to work that hard and have someone rip you off.

Our Client Services Manager, Lauren, spoke with this Seller about 2 weeks ago and she said she was going to redact this complaint.  Her funds were taking longer to deposit and she was saying it was our fault.  After getting on a 3 way call with her and her bank, the bank finally admitted that it was in their possession and was still being processed.  So the issue is resolved and was an error on her bank.

I setup an account with Ticketleap to use them as an event ticket management platform. We sold $750 worth of flower workshop tickets. The website states that we get our ticket sales payout with 4-7 days post event. It’s been over 2 weeks and not only have we not received our funds, I’ve called at least 6 times and have left 3 voicemails and sent around 6 emails and I only spoke to someone once via home and once via email. They have told me it’s going to be “a couple of days”. They have told me they need to speak to finance. They have told me they would get back to me. Nothing has happened. I am extremely frustrated at the lack of professionalism from a company handling our customers money.

The payment timeframe is 4-7 BUSINESS days after an event has ended. The Thanksgiving holiday also affected payment timeframe.  The merchant processor also required information from this seller before the payment could be complete.  All factors affected payment unfortunately.  We issued payment on 11/30/23.

It’s ticket selling platform and event ended well on 1/22/23 but they are still holding my settled money due to suspicious within them. All event ticket holders were participating in my event and ticket holders were confirm the non refund policy to participate in online fan meeting call. They are hood of around $1500 and not paying until 4/3 approximately. So they are just holding customer’s money for 3 month no reason. They are advertising to public they we can hold international event but they are just hold off customer’s fund. Even if they are taking all the fees are charges of card processing.

On 12/03/2021, I placed an order for 2 concert tickets for a total of $212.00. Transaction posted on 12/06/21. The concert was canceled, but we have not been able to get a refund for the cost of tickets. They responded to my request by saying I should contact the event company, Outback Entertainment, but they referred me back to ticket company. The charge on my credit card statement shows it was paid to Ticketleap.

Outback Entertainment sold tickets to their event using our Ticketleap product, a DIY third-party ticketing service whereby event organizers sell tickets online.  All of the funds related to the ticket sales were remitted to Outback Entertainment, so Ticketleap is not holding any funds related to that event.  Any decision to refund ticket buyers lies solely with the event organizer, who must do two things: 1. Process the refund through our Ticketleap site; and 2. Provide Ticketleap the funds for that refund.  Outback Entertainment did neither, so there is nothing we can do since we are not holding the funds.  We suggest that the ticket buyer contact Outback Entertainment again and request the refund since they are holding the funds related to her purchase of the tickets."

Please let me know if you have any questions or need anything further.  Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.
