I (23 yr old man) was facing homelessness in December of 2023 along with my parents. We went to the Ramada Inn at ************************************************* and we sat down with the general manager ** and his wife ****** and we explained that because of the rising cost of housing and living, we were forced out of our apartment and were saving up to move from ************ to *******. We sat and explained that we did not plan on being at this hotel forever and we showed that we were getting jobs and beginning to save up money. We constantly showed them our progress. ** *****, the general manager, agreed to let us stay there for however long we needed with just some conditions (he could inspect the room to make sure nothing was broken, we had to remain quite and not be a disturbance to anything going on at the hotel, and we had to pay on time) which we found reasonable and agreed to with no problem. Over this time (As shown in the video recordings) I would frequently need to be in the lobby which was left open for the guests because I was working online and the internet connection in the room was terrible (But that was not a problem for me). What was the issue was the constant noise, drugs, and apparent *** that was being done in the bar. The bartender *** (blonde women) would serve alcohol until 3 or 4:30 in the morning. But I heard *** on multiple times say that she makes exceptions for when she is feeling good. This caused many people to walk out of the bard being carried by other people because they could not walk. One person even came up to me, clearly under the influence of drugs and alcohol (Because he told me he took drugs and drank from the bar because of ***) and keep in mind this was around 4 am. While I was talking with him, I went up to the desk and said that something isnt right and I think the man might need medical help, the other bartender came and told me not to say or do anything because they could get in trouble
