    Hi. I purchased a stove and a refrigerator from G&G on June 15, 2023 for $640. I had previously filed a complaint with this company for the same purchase I'm filing again. I felt bad at the time and when they contacted me about the complaint I submitted.They said they would come and either fix or replace the refrigerator. So in good faith I informed BBB that my complaint was resolved, big mistake. This was my previous complaint #********. What they actually did was blame me for the mix up when they arrived, the worker put some freon in the refrigerator and left. It appeared to work for the first day and I was relieved. That was on July 12 I believe. Unfortunately after 3 days I noticed the refrigerator was warm depsite the colder settings. It was obvious the refrigerator wasn't working. I called and spoke with the same person I always speak with, her name is *****, she's useless. All she's does is tell me they'll send someone out and then I wait, mind you I'm a nurse who works the graveyard shift so I'm sitting there waiting for someone to arrive and no one showed and when I call, "oh they'll be there, you're 4th on the list". That was Tuesday the 18th and I asked if they could send someone the next day and she said "no" but Thursday July 20th. Well I sat there all morning and afternoon until I had to get ready for work and they didn't show, didn't call. I've had it with them. It's a shame that the squeaky wheel gets the grease. I'm not trying to be difficult but I paid for the product and I can't get any satisfaction with them. It's beyond frustrating and I've gone without sleep, my food has spoiled and I feel like I'm going in circles with them. They obviously don't respect me or care. It's disgusting that there are businesses that treat a paying customer this way. At this point I just want them to take the refrigerator and give me a complete refund. I don't want it replaced, repaired, just a refund. I'll never do business again with them or ever recommend them.

    Hi. I clicked on the response the company did not reach out to me and that wasn't accurate. It wasn't intentional I just wasn't paying attention and I apologize. They did reach out to me a woman named ***** who I jad communicated with previously. All she did the whole time she had me on the phone was make excuses, justify their unprofessionalism and placed the blame entirely on me. She said I wouldn't receive a refund due to their two week return policy. She said they would be willing to send someone yet again to repair the refrigerator. I informed her that after the inconvenience and the unprofessional behavior........I wasn't going through this again and demanded a refund. She simply said no. So at that point I said goodbye.

    I purchased a refrigerator and a stove on 6/15/2023. On 7/1 or 7/2 the refrigerator stopped working. I called G&G on Monday 7/3. Made them aware of the situation and was told the earliest they would come to repair or replace would be 7/5 in the afternoon. On the 7/5 they never showed up or called despite my numerous calls to them, they didn't show. All they would say is they're coming and sometimes they wouldn't even answer the phone. I called the next day and left a voicemail demanding either a refund or bring/repair my refrigerator by noon 7/6. Unfortunately they didn't return my calls and messages went unanswered despite warning that I would file a complaint. Defeating........

    ***** called the store 7/3/2023 we set up an appointment for the tech to go out which was going to be that Wednesday 7/5/2023 since we close for 4th of July. When tech got to the house on 7/5/2023 he knocked on the door and no one answered. Tech asked the secretary to give ***** a call from the store and no answer a voice mail was left for ***** to give us a call back. He called back on 7/7/2023 complaining no one ever went that he wants a refund and I explained to him that Tech knocked on the door and that I called and no answer but explained that tech will be going out Saturday 7/8/2023. He explained he will not be in the state, but a friend of his ****** will be there for the tech to be able to go out. Tech went and fixed the fridge that same day that was told to *****.

    On 3/30/23 we purchased a refrigerator for $500.00 and mentioned several times that it was a third floor apartment. It was delivered 3/32/23 late in the afternoon and they complained about having to deliver to 3rd floor, and advised us to wait an hour to plug in and then it would take a few hours to cool. We waited and it was not cooling but it was also past there closing time, by Saturday 4/1/23 the refrigerator was not working, I called first thing and waited for a call, I ended up calling again and getting someone they advised it was not working. They Saud we will bring a different fridge, around 3 on 4/3/23 a man came out and added coolant and advised to wait a few hours and see if it works. It never began working and intact we called and they were closed and then also closed Sunday 4/2/23 so now we have not had a working fridge for 3 days ruining the food I had. We called first thing Monday 4/3/23, again being told they would bring a new fridge. They delivered a fridge around 2 and we asked for a year warranty, they advised we don't give warranties on used appliances, there business is used appliances. We did state then give us our money and we will go somewhere else for a fridge. We have not got a return call.

    ******************* came in on March 30th, he is a regular customer from the store He bought a fridge for $350.00 and paid $60 for delivery because we also hauled out the old fridge for them. On March 31 in the morning his tenant called the store and let us know that the fridge was not getting enough cold, secretary explained to her that at the moment when she called there was no one to go but that the owner was going to go as soon as he got into the store to check the fridge. The owner got here around 2 and left around 3pm-4pm to the address where the fridge was and he realized it was missing gas to get cold. The owner told the tenant to call within the next hour or so if the fridge was still not getting cold. We did not receive a phone call from tenant. Monday morning ***** called the store and explained to us that it started working and than it stopped working and it was already to late to call the store due to the fact we close at 7pm and are closed on Sundays. Once he let us know we took him a different fridge that costed more than the one he bought and at the moment he was fine with that.. After we took the fridge a couple hours later he called the store back asking for us to either pick up the new fridge or to give him an extended warranty of one year for the fridge which he knows from buying multiple appliances from us we only give one month.. I informed him that the owner does not give one year warranty for anything but that he was willing to give him an extra month.

    2/21/2023 614.80 Buessness to provide delivery and install of refurbished washer and dryer and pickup of haul out of old washer and dryer Dryer came with broken connection cord and no conduction screws . The providers told us they would come back in 20 minutes to retrieve the appropriate part and return . To the next day and no service provided for the dryer . As well as haul out of old systems they picked up the dryer but left the washer. When contacting the buessness we are assured they would contact the owner . However no means has been spent to contact us in any way Order number **********

    We sold a washer and dryer to **** on 02/21/2023 when he was here he was told that we will do him the favor and put the old cord of his old dryer to his new dryer which he stated it was ok. Our delivery drivers delivered washer and dryer to **** 02/22/2023, when they arrived they noticed the screws on the old dryer were different and they did not have the tool they needed to get it off. They let him know they will be back to change them and take the old washer and dryer. The next day 02/23/2023 **** called into the office and explained the situation to me and I let him know that the delivery drivers do not originally work here that they do work at another place but that they will be able to go back on 02/24/2023 when they work at the store again to do other deliveries to change the cord and pick up the old stuff he said ok Later on that day he called the store again and stated that he went out himself and bought the cord in ********** for $35.00 and put it on the new dryer himself.. He asked for money back but I told him that we had let him know we were putting the old cord from the old dryer on the new dryer as a favor to our customers because we originally do not give non of our electrical appliances with the cord, he still stated he still wanted to get some type of refund for the $35.00.. Later on in the day the delivery guys did get to his home to pick up the old appliances which were outside, when they got there they called me and stated there was only a dryer outside that the washer was not there. I called **** to his cell phone number which is ************ and spoke to him and told him the guys were outside picking up the washer/dryer but that they only see the dryer he stated he checked and that there was nothing there that they took what was outside he asked me about the cord again that day and I told him I will speak to the owner but like I had said before we were just doing him the favor the guys were going to change the cord for him but he decided to buy one and put it on himself before the guys got there.
