I was using the ******* gambling app for a few years and never had any issues. Then 5 days ago I tried to withdrawal a measly $115 dollars and they refuse to release the funds, keeps saying it's pending and no one is getting back to me after about 6-7 messages. What a joke! They got no issue taking my money instantly after I lose a bet. Which is fine! But in return, I need my money back when I withdrawal from your website, in the same manner. This is completely unacceptable and there are so many better sportsbooks out there that it's not even worth it using this companyReview from Cathy C

I have an account but had to reset my password. The phone number was my landline and couldn't receive texts. I was contacted via email by a suspicious person wanting me to verify PIP, which I did. Then they wanted a copy of my driver's license front and back, all for a password reset. PENN entertainment must be partnered with companies stealing identities.Review from Roy W

Penn Entertainment has a crappy website called PennPlay Casino. They only one that wins on this site is Penn Entertainment. You can get free credits but I believe their random number generators are tampered with to make sure that you lose all you credits forcing you to buy more credits from them at exhortation prices. Best to stay away from *************************** it is a scam site where no one wins buy Penn Entertainment. I also believe the big winners on this site is Penn Entertainment employees.Review from Matthew J

I recently opened a Penn Mastercard/Mycash Mastercard and was not given the offer/promotion or any rewards for using the Credit Card. After trying to contact Penn Entertainment via email (5 times all came back as "Noreply"), Casino Host and telephone, I received NO response AT ALL. Today I paid off the Credit Card and closed the account. BUYER BEWARE!!! There is literally no way to contact Penn Entertainment to rectify any issues... They now have all of my sensitive information and cannot be trusted... As a patron and shareholder in PENN, I am disgusted by the lack of honesty, communication and reliability that I have experienced... I expected better. ZERO Stars if I could...Review from Steven S

I placed bets on their online Sportsbook platform ESPN Bets. I won slightly under $1,800 and requested a withdrawal by PayPal, the same way I deposited. I have done transactions many times with them this same way. I received an email response that it would be reviewed within 24 hours. It is now 4 days later and no one will answer my emails, online complaints and live chats on what is happening and why my withdrawal is not getting processed.Review from Rhiannon P

Hollywood Gaming at Dayton Raceway* on July 11th i was informed that there was a 24 hr ban on my account from a nice older gentleman due to their thoughts of me *ticket punching* (which i have NEVER done) I did not return until July 14th, and i was let in and left with no issues. tonights incident occured with an associate named Anthony. on July 14th,i was abruptly approached & told to "get out " by Mr.Anthony at about 5 am. i informed him i was only on a 24hr ban 3 days ago. He informed me i had to "go". no idea what i had done wrong, i obliged, and i left. i was not informed if i was permanently banned. i returned , July 28th. i got a new card, and even TALKED to Mr. Anthony as he passed by , conversated while getting the new card, nothing was said. Anthony laughed. & seemed fine.1hrs later in front of everyone, causing panic for other customers, but rude as all get out causing a panic attack. same man that had approached me the on july 14th,The same man i talked to standing by the counter. i asked why nothing was said, He claimed he "Didn't know it was me". i then asked to speak to his manager; Anthony then informed me he WAS the security manager. and i needed to call his boss to prevent the ban. i spent my OWN MONEY, won $75 and spent that down to $.17 and was kicked out abruptly once they saw i moved to the penny slots. i look young, my id has to be scanned, i was APPROVED TO GO IN. I got my wristband Mr. Anthony came up to me and said "theres a permanent ban on you in review" told me to "GET OUT".Mr.Anthony continued to "hush" me in front of everyone like a child. I have done nothing wrong, He proceeded to give me his bosses phone number, insisting he did not want to talk to me. i left with my $.17 ticket, I was sitting at a penny slot for 15 min before he came up with this issue. this is BY FAR the WORST to Treat a paying client IN FRONT OF EVERYONE;the harassment i have received by this employee. I feel i was wrongfully lied to just to take my moneyReview from Loy P

I am writing to file a formal complaint against L'Auberge Casino in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, owned and operated by Penn Entertainment. On April 22, 2023, I visited L'Auberge Casino with the intention of engaging in gaming activities and enjoying the amenities provided. As a responsible customer, I had some inquiries regarding the casino's gaming rules and regulations, as I believe it is essential to have a clear understanding of these guidelines to ensure a fair and enjoyable experience. What has further exacerbated my frustration is the complete lack of responsiveness and acknowledgment from L'Auberge Casino and Penn Entertainment. Despite my attempts to reach out to their customer service department, I have been unable to locate a dedicated phone number to address my concerns. Instead, I have sent over five emails and inquiries to the corporate office email address listed on their website since May 26, 2023. However, I have not received a single response or even an acknowledgment of the receipt of my inquiries. This lack of communication is highly unprofessional and disrespectful towards a loyal customer. I am deeply disappointed by the behavior exhibited by L'Auberge Casino and Penn Entertainment, which not only violates my rights as a customer but also displays a disregard for basic customer service principles. As a reputable establishment, they should prioritize customer satisfaction and promptly address concerns raised by their patrons. Regrettably, my experience has shown that they have failed to meet these expectations. Therefore, I kindly request your intervention in this matter to ensure that L'Auberge Casino and Penn Entertainment are held accountable for their actions. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide in facilitating a resolution to this issue, whether it involves an explanation for the unjust ban, a reinstatement of my privileges, or appropriate compensation for the distress caused.Review from Chris R

I eagerly anticipated betting on my favorite football teams once sports’ betting was legalized in Kansas. Although I wouldn't classify myself as a skilled player, I reasoned that adding a few dollars to a game would add to its appeal. I made a total deposit of $135.00 at the BarStool Sportsbook Website. I placed numerous wagers; never wagering more than $20.00 at once, and ultimately had a balance of $100.00. I only intended to wager on football, so after the Super Bowl was over, I requested a withdrawal of the balance I still have. I asked to receive my money returned to my debit card, the same method I used to deposit it. My first two requests were flatly turned down without any justification. I deposited $10.00 using a standard credit card since I assumed the reason for the denial might be that it was a debit card. They finally replied but then demanded that I take a "Selfie" with my driver's license to complete my request to withdraw. The two credit/debit cards I used to make the deposits were also asked to be photographed. I submitted them the necessary photos, but once more it was turned down with the note, "Please be advised that submissions that do not meet the listed requirements will continue to be declined and re-requested". Listed? The list was ID, picture of me and two credit cards. I retook the Selfie and was once again rejected. I asked them to be specific on what else was required but they didn’t respond, they seem to use form letters to respond and when I asked for a phone number to call I got nothing. Why do they make me jump through so many hoops to get my money back? How can I get my money back? I don’t believe that Barstool Sportsbook is operating in good faith and I feel they may be hoping I just forget the $110.00 and I give up.
