    On March 15, 2023 I purchased a giant dark grey 7ft bean bag from focus VIP for ******. On 3/27/23 the only thing that arrived to me was styrofoam filler. I filed a dispute with PayPal right away. The merchant offered a 100 dollar voucher. I declined and am seeking full refund. Why would I pay 189 dollars for styrofoam. This is a fraudulent company.

    I placed my order on 11/28/2022 for a 7ft. Giant Bean Bag. With 400L fill, complete. I reached out to them several times by email , with no response. I finally received part of my order, the outer casing, No Fill. On 12/10/22. I have called the phone number, left 3 messages, no response. I emailed many times, no response. I also sent a message on messenger and again no response. I need to know where the rest of my order is. It is a Christmas present and if they dont intend to fulfill their obligations. I need to know so I can order else where, and should be credited at least half my bill. I am very disappointed with this company and how they conduct business.

    On Aug 8, 2022 I ordered 2 pair of bootsin the amount of $119.90 for my son who is being deployed to *************** from a company called ***** and ******* ************ operating as Tech Focus Store. I have not received a tracking or shipping number. I've made several attempts to reach a representative, but all I get is a VM and no one answer. When I email them I get a bounce back. The website has also been deactivated.
