    If i can add half a star, I would. The service was trash, the employees wellthey don't want to work. I called 4 months in a row several times a week. To correct an address. Each time receiving the same answer. Your issue was resolved and no resolution. Then they charge me a late fee. I called , explained it's late becuase you can;t find my account number, you dont have the right address. I sent them a copy of my application. Becusae thank goodness I took a copy, and still a month later. stillnot rigt. Now I just want to pay the bill in full to never shop there agian! For them to tell me i have to pay all the late fees.. WHAT ARE YOU SAYING!! After hours on the phone. All I get is they are all in meetings or away from their desk. When you call the store, they are also inmeeeitngs. What they donlt know is that I was in the store on the upper floor calling them downstairs while I heard them tell me they were all busy. The manager was sitting on the sofa. s I walked up to the manager and asked for the name and title. I heard them all talking abotut he call they just had. Now here we are. The games that they play are disgustung.

    Not one star worth because of lack of transparency, and honesty in its business doing policies. They exchange merchandise on floor with past models in inventory. The past models are the ones Mueblerias Berrios, Cidra, **, deliver to the costumers home. The contract penalties are extremely onerous and leonine to comply with. This, in case that the consumers become unsatisfied with the merchandise ultimately delivered, or desires to cancel the buying contract. A total fiascus for puertorican consumers!

    Compro estufa de gas. Me dicen que la tienen en el almacn y me la entregaran antes del dia de Thanksgiving. Llega el mircoles antes del jueves de Thanksgiving y no me llama nadie para delivery. Llamo a la vendedora y me dice que va a verificar. No, me llama para atrs. ***** al gerente de la tienda de ***** el seor ************************* y me dice que esta en camino que hacen delivery hasta las 7:00pm. No llego la estufa, llamo el lunes despus del fin de semana de Thanksgiving y me dice el gerente que la entregaran hoy mircoles 29 de noviembre que verifico y llamo al almacn y tienen la ma separada. Hoy mircoles 29 recibo una llamada de servicio al cliente de Berrios para decirme que hay un problema que no hay estufa. No lo podia creer, Mas de 2 semanas para un delivery y ahora me vienen con eso. Voy a la tienda para cancelar y crdito a la tarjeta y hablar con el gerente. Me dice que no es culpa de el que alguien cometi un error en el almacn. No estn organizados. La mano derecha no sabe lo que hace la izquierda no son confiables hay que estar detrs de ellos y no es fcil conseguirlos por telfono. Perdieron un cliente. Consegu la estufa en HomeDepot

    Compre un juego de dormitorio que vali sobre $3,000 y desafort***damente vino con Corcoma o piojo. No me di de cuenta hasta despus de los 90 das y llame a la mueblera para infrmale y por su pliza no quisieron cambiarlo. No vuelvo a comprarle ms *** pieza de furnitura ya que viene con insectos en la madera. La calidad ********* es puro Cartn cuando tratamos de darle tratamiento.. tengo retratos para demostrarle. Fue *** terrible pesadilla.

    Recientemente fui hice estimado enseres. En *** misma semana fui hacer la compra persona me haba atendido anteriormente no se encontraba en tienda. Ya yo saba lo que iba a comprar. Me atiende un otro vendedor un servicio psimo. Cuando voy a servicio cliente hacer pagos correspondientes CASH todo fue un caos estuve por cancelar la compra pero me indican la transaccin devolver dinero se tardaba. Esto fue ******* lunes me ***** entrega ya q martes temprano yo sala de viaje. Me traen mercanca la sacan de caja la dejan *** acomodar????? Para colmo me dejaron la pared rea nevera con escreta ******** en pared y piso cuando verifico contrato entrega me cobraron $269 por entrega. (Esto *** notificar me cobrarian dicha cantidad) mala ma no verificar ya q me haban dado estimado Con esto quiero decir el servicio y lealtad al cliente es #1.. Yo di la queja servicio cliente quedaron en llamarme y nada *************** no vuelvo a comprar en H313*3734363936313635H. Yo le dara * estrellas

    Saludos a todos no acostumbro hacer esto pero la necesidad me obliga. Compre una nevera en Noviembre del 2022 en ******* de Hatillo. Mi nevera se daño en Julio 29, 2023. Me comunico con Samsung y Berrios. No fue hasta Agosto 3, 2023 que pasan por mi casa a diagnosticar la nevera. El tecnico me dice que es el chip de la nevera que no envia señal al compresor. No fue hasta Septiembre 6, 2023 1 mes y 3 días despues que el tecnico pasa con la pieza a arreglarme la nevera. Cuando instala la pieza del primer diagnostico resulta ser que no es el chip si no el compresor. Aun la nevera se esta pagando no llebo 1 año con la nevera se cumple el año en Noviembre 11 pa ser especifica. No me prestan una nevera (lo cual honestamente ni quiero que me presten una por que la nevera no pare mas simplemente no funciona) quiero una nueva como debe ser; adicional a eso nunca me dieron la opción si no hasta hoy que llame molesta. Cuando me comunico con Samsung me dice que hay que esperar o esperar a que ******* me resuelva. Cuando llamo a ******* me dice que hay que esperar por lo que dicen el manufacturero que es Samsung. Me tienen del tingo al tango y estoy bien molesta. Es un abuso que llebo mas de 1 mes sin nevera. Tube que ir ese mismo día (Julio 29,2023) de emergencia a comprar una nevera pequeña de 3 pies para poder guardar la leche y los jugos de mi hijo. Ni una buena compra puedo ser. Simplemente es un abuso. Hago este review publico para que puedan ver lo inhumano que son. Mueblerias Berrios. Yo mas que paciente e sido. Pero basta ya.

     

    Translation: Greetings everyone, I'm not used to doing this but necessity forces me. Buy a refrigerator in November 2022 in ******* de Hatillo. My refrigerator was damaged on July 29, 2023. When I contact Samsung he tells me that I have to wait or wait for ******* to resolve me. When I call ******* he tells me that we have to wait for what the manufacturer says, which is Samsung. They have me from tingo to tango and I am very upset. It is an abuse that I have been without a refrigerator for more than 1 month.
