            Bought a car . Car was stolen. Company was paid by insurance company. Has rediculous back end interest of over **** dollars did not even count what my insurance paid them for the Ad a payment of any kind. Automatically started filing against my credit. Illegally, unethical.

            They are applying interest to payments made to be applied to my principal after I paid my regular payment including interest and principal. In addition they are charging me interest that are calculated in a wrong way. I called them and they are very rude and no explanation given.

            I have been filing a complaint against ********* for falsely and inaccurately reporting the status of my loan for 4 1/2 years. This false information has directly affected my inability to get financing from other lenders and has made refinance impossible. I have asked for all the paperwork and information regarding my loan for months now. Staying on hold forever, wasting my time. It has always ended with a promise of a return call from a supervisor. Well they called and low and behold I can’t have these documents because I filed a complaint about the legitimacy and accuracy of the history of loan reporting to financial services. I was told that I could NOT get this documentation. That it was sent to BBB and I would have to get them from the BBB. How is that I have been asking for months and as soon as I file a complaint I get a call from a supervisor with ********* only to have them tell me since I filed a complaint I would have to get these records from the BBB. I can’t even get my own loan documentation after begging for months and yet I file a complaint and ********* supposedly sends them to the BBB and that’s who I can ask them for. They told me that the BBB takes precedence over my request even after me asking for months for these records. How can that be?
