I purchased candies and goods from this individual online she mailed them on 17 February. I received them the 21st and my complaint was that the majority of the products were hard. On Saturday, February 25 I am working on my computer and I received notification that her business was live on ********* So I entered her page and she was complaining about some of other customers that were complaining that the candies and goods they receive were also hard. I understand social media other clients but she comments theyre just trying to sabotage the business. I did comment and said I wouldnt do that to anyone but some of my candies were hard. and I also commented this is not the place to do it. If this is a client, you should be contacting them and having a one on one I did contact her one on one and told her I was one of those client and she said it wasnt addressed to you, but my advice to her says it was just a constructive criticism and my advice in the future she should do this privately and not on social media. She was very upset because I told her that. Then she said if I could send her proof I did have one of the packages date which was blurry so the owner accuse me of tempering with a date .It wasnt expired but it was really hard. So my advice to her was if you can look at the dates and if its going to expire in the next seven days, do not ship it because by the time the customer gets it, itll be expired. Now its upsetting to me that I had this conversation with her privately under messenger and she took the entire conversation and posted on her social media where everyones commenting and pretty much Im put a shame that is not the way we do business or she should do business. Its unprofessional, and I feel like my image has been degrading and put to shame because of her selfishness. In no way did I ask for a refund it was just constructive criticism and I did it directly to her as a customer. I feel that her product should be inspected .Business response

Regarding the complaint by ***************************** we want to offer you all the pertinent information for the resolution of this case. Mrs. ***** placed an order on February 16, which was shipped on February 17 and received on February 21. Given this information, I continue to report what happened. On February 25, I noticed that Ms. ***** had commented on one of the videos on our ******** business page when I verified that Ms. ***** had made two comments saying that she should not talk about sweets in the video. and that she had received the expired and hard sweets, not as the lady says now that she says that they only arrived hard and I would like to explain that the video that the lady commented on is a video that explains what can happen with the typical sweets since they come out from P.R and if they are typical sweets of course they can arrive with different textures since it is shipping and if it is a Mallorca bread for example it can arrive hard or fungus this is always to notify customers with the publications and descriptions it is already in the customer yes want to order or not. These typical sweets are purchased directly from the *************** factory. They keep a report of the orders I make for them, which you can verify with them to show that these products are not sold expired. For the rest, Mrs. ****** after commenting on the video, writes to me (thank God she had not told me that her sweets had arrived with difficulty and that she must verify their expiration date before sending them) which I proceed to inform her that it is in the client buy this type of sweets since the information is everywhere because they are things that can happen and they will send me the record of the expired sweets. Which he proceeds to tell me that he did not like that I published the video of the information about the sweets on the social network when it is a video that is informing what can happen and I explain it to him over and over again, but he continued with the same thing and that If I had to send the products before, there were 7 days left when the products were not expired, there was a long time until expiration. She was sending me the image of the coconut kisses, which I proceeded to ask her if she had deleted the date because it shows that they tried to alter it, which the lady quickly gets angry and begins to bring up the subject of religion saying that I am religious, No I have to do that, how in victimization mode, then he talked about the dates again and it was explained to him again, but he continued with the same thing. She sent me a video of some sweets where you can see that almost everything was consumed, for example in the video you can see the mallorca and the same lady says that it became hard because I left it open and it shows that she ate almost all of it by herself. She only left a little piece, she also talked about the ************* that were hard when that product is like that, all this was explained to her and Mrs. ***** continued with the constant harassment to which I told her that if she continued I was going to expose her on ******** because she already they were others when it had been explained to them more than once. I am rejecting this response because: as this individual continues to use my name in her ********* which I am no longer part of her page. However, I received several calls from family members and friends that have seen the video the grading and Humiliating my image. The only thing that I want is for this individual not to use my name as an example for her business on what to do or not to do, I feel that my image has been degraded by this unprofessional individual and I wish it to become removed immediately. If not, I will take legal action against her and her business. She does not take accountability for her actions and for her errors and does not know how to treat customers and this is why I want no part of her response or her actions towards me. I want this done immediately as I wished for all this to be in the past, and not in my future. I have attached a copy of the video that was text to me by my mother, who received it from a friend that said that her daughter was at being expose on a media page by this individual. I then proceeded to delete it from sending it to you, because I am only supporting what this individual is doing, and I do not want to make her mistake. I have taken advice from legal professional, who advised me to continue working with Better Business Bureau to see what resolution can be done in regards to my name and exposure in the individuals media page and thats all the resolution I want to have my name removed from anything that have to do with individuals profile and her business. My conversation with this business owner was in private, and I did not give her permission or authorization to utilize my video or my name in her business profile. I am not requesting any financial reimbursements. I just want to be left alone and my name to be taken away from this business media.

I fully understand that Mrs. ***** did not like this situation, regarding what she is asking for now, which is different from what she asked for the previous time, we can delete the videos, we have no problem with that, but this lady should keep in mind that each boss sets his rules in his business, we are not the first nor the last businessmen to upload videos talking or showing the person who wants to hurt someone's business this is done so that other people are careful with this type of people who only buy and then want to hurt for no reason. However, and as I mentioned in my earlier response, Ms. ***** mostly didn't write to us privately first, she started saying other things in one of the business videos, a video that wasn't for her and was an informational video. . , after which he wrote to the private and everything was explained to him, only he continued with the same thing. However, we have no problem with Mrs. ***** taking legal action since everything is published on the page and we have all the other evidence that my lawyer has already informed us about this case because if she continues with the constant harassment with which ma' am, we will be the ones to take legal action since all the information was on the web and in business networks and the lady continues with her harassment simply for not reading. We have more proof that not only she but her family is still on our page and I have proof of some who have commented things without respect. So explain to me how this is.Thank you!
