I' ve been using the mortgage acceleration program that Puerto **** Mortgage Reduction (PRMR) offers for many years. I have two mortgages t currently where I use this service. Last October 2024 I received a notification from one of my accounts indicating that they received a check with insufficient funds and that I defaulted in my payments. I also received another notification from my other mortgage indicating that I was late. I called **** to find out what was happening and they said that the bank refused to accept their payments and that they have not received any checks back with insufficient funds. With regards to the other mortgage, they said that they were not aware of late payments and they were going to audit the account. They said that they will be stopping withdrawing funds from my bank account and that they were going to return to me every amount they did not pay into my mortgages. They also stopped paying to the principal balance in one of the accounts the amount I requested to add to the monthly withdrawal; they just pay the monthly mortgage regular payment. Needless to say that they have not return any money, they kept withdrawing money from my account and stopped paying the mortgage. They are not responding to my calls anymore. Last communication was from November 2024 via text message. I had to cancel the electronic funds transfer with my bank in order to stop the withdrawals and I am paying my monthly payments to avoid future penalties.

I have a serious billing issue with this company. They have been deducting money from my account to pay for my ********************** and haven't been paying it on time. This has brought me a credit issue. I have been paying my mortgage with service fees due to lateness in the mortgage. I have tried to call the company to end the contract with them and nobody answeres. I don't know if they are still open but they continue to deduct funds but they send the money to my mortgage late a month late. I need to contact them.
