This dealer offers a bonus for referrals of $150 per client. I brought a car in November 2022 from there dealer in ******** 65 Infanteria. In January I referred a friend that brought a Kona at this same dealer. At this date I am still waiting for the money they promote for referrals. I have spoken with my sales agent and referral agent many times. her name is **** and I have texted her almost every month regarding this issue. She told she has spoken with one the managers **************** and the answer is always the same that their working on that issue. But it's been almost 9 months waiting. My solution is simple, they should pay the amount they offer in there referral program.

We own a 2014 Pathfinder Hybrid Platinum that was serviced by Nissan Autogroup on ******* Ave. on May 12, 2021, the unit was received at the ******* dealer, carrying out an oil and filter change and the replacement of the transmission fluid. On December 22 of that same year, they changed the oil and filter again. On April 18, 2022, I left the unit to make a recall, they took the unit and it is not until the late afternoon that they call me to pick up the unit since they do not have certified hybrid car personnel because they are not a certified dealer on Hybrid and that I had to take it to ****** Nissan in Toa Baja because they are the only ones certified. What this took me by surprise and I asked him since when Autogrupo was not certified and being amazed was the answer when she told me that they did not understand how they attended the unit to change the oil and much less the transmission because they were not certified. Why now? Because I don't know if this had to do with what happened to my unit.Traveling on April 15,2023 along ******** from Rio Grandes, PR going to ************ ** with my family, the car began to make some loud noises and jerks while it was moving until it wasn't moving the car stayed accelerated without turning on any alert in the dash. On April 15,2023 When we took it to ******'s Nissan to verify what had happened, it was to the surprise of many that it was the transmission. Transmission cost of $15,917.14 without tax with an estimated total settlement of $18,711.93 without tax. Repair that was devastating for us and according to the warranty by the dealer had ended on July 29, 2022. The ******** extended warranty tells ** that they do not cover this repair because the value of the unit is $9,000. And they cannot carry out repairs at a cost greater than the value of the car. wish I dont undertand why we get an extended warranty that we can't use. Making countless attempts and waiting for someone to help, nothing happened. I called Nissan in ******* and they informed me that they were charging very expensive for the part and they confirmed that hybrid cars can only be touched by duly certified personnel because even a wrong s**** could damage the transmission. (Inf. They had already told me that these cars, even if it is something simple, have to be certified)This is why we are asking for evidence of the mecanic that did the service of the transmission fluid change on May 12,2021 was certified on Hybrid cars and it has been a nightmare to see how no one wanted to help me and even more so not treating us with respect. They sent me the license of the mechanic (which I know that this document is personal and it was not the one was requested). A Hybrid car certification at that time has nothing to do with the license. More frustration I have impotence because no one provided light on this bitter path. It is very frustrating since the car is in excellent condition, it is whole inside and out, and we feel powerless when faced with a deal that involves paying for a car that we can't use. After having different people giving me the run around, according to ****************( new ******* Manager Autogrupo Nissan a very attentive gentleman who tried to shed some light on me) recommended that we leave the unit in ****** to see what we could be solve. (Which was a month and almost two weeks). AFter this **************** told me that ****************************** ****************** of ******* for Autogrupo was going to contact me and never happened. Is when **************** told me he was incharge of my case. Supposedly Some one from Autogrupo was going to visit ****** Nissan to inspect the car to se if we were able to give the unit for trade-in (who never went personally to see the unit, just called to stop by and never arrived) and that person decided not to accept it because the arrangement was not cost effective for the dealer. I wrote an email to ***************************** and still waiting on a Response.Thank You
