Ordered two devices September 8, 2024. Immediately crashed the credit cards with no anticipated ship date or how the products would be shipped (e.g. UPS / FedEx). After a couple of weeks I queried them only to get the excuse "due to overwhelming response" and not answering the question of when to expect shipment and how products would be shipped. After several emails I cancelled the order. They did not cancel. Rather in a telecom, they offered a small discount. We argued that they had violated the Federal Trade Commission Law CFR 16 Part 435 for Mail, Internet or Telephone Merchandise Rule that states shipment by default should be no less than 30 days from charging the credit card, or, must notify customer and receive customer's agreement for delay in shipping. Hence, they SHOULD NOT HAVE charged the credit card until they were ready to ship. After cancelling the order, we received the same emails, a long string of emails, stating the same thing, "we sincerely apologize for the delay and appreciate your understanding". There is NO understanding. As a previous business owner I explained they violated the trust of customers and their business practices were less than honorable. One of their excuses repeated multiple times was they were waiting on notification of their fulfillment center. What? This organization has little to no control over their third party shipping and appear to be naive business people. It's too bad as they appeared to put forth a genuine information podcast on the advantages of red light therapy. We were ready to trial these devices for a new modality. Now, not with these folks.

Almost 60 days past initial order I still had not received my products. I cancelled right before the 60 day **** to get my money back. After 60 days, your purchase is non-refundable.
