    I am a diabetic and my prescribed medication synjardy is being denied by the health plan. And all attempts to aprove it are also be denied. I require a daily dose and everyday without my medication is life threatening. The health plan is placing my life in jeopardy every day that I do not have my medication

    My mother is 91 years of age. ****** my mother has been making payments for over 35 years to Triple S Vida. Policy # *********** The policy is under my brother's name ***************************. He has been in jail for 25 years. Since my mother is very old and soon will pass away, we will have no one to make the monthly payment and for this reason, **************************** wants to cash out the value of the insurance policy. *************************** gave me full ***** and authority to handle everything concerning the Insurance Triple Vida will not accept the ***** of ********* Since he is in jail he is not able to receive legal document unless an attorney send him the papers. The insurance company wants him to sign papers that he is unable to do. This is reason he gave me fulled ***** of ******** so I could do the transaction for him. The insurance companyhas my ID, My Social, address and the ***** of ********* I think they are waiting for my mother to die so no one pays the insurance and the keep the cash value.

    My complaint is non-payment of burial/life insurance for my mother. - Name of business and contact information Triple * ************** number **************, Address *********************************************************************************************** - Date of opening account and or transaction is approximately 1/2009. Which was current up until the death of my mother. - Amount of transaction was $21.60 per month - Filed a claim 11/2021 and 1/2022 which my sister emailed all documents required to the claims department.

    My 94 year old grandmother has been paying life insurance to Triple s Vida since the early 90's.,her name is ****************************. The company has failed to acknowledge if she needs to stop paying on the policy. When asked for proof calls and emails are ignored. I have contacted their legal department (***********************) which resulted in negative unanswered results. My grand mother's brother recently died at the age of 100 and his daughter was advised their policy which stops monthly payments at the age of 95 recently changed ( convieniently) I believe this company is fraudulently taking advantage of our elderly uneducated community which is sad.
