My husband and I were so impressed with the work LizMar Construction did I feel compelled to sing their praises and write a review for anyone wondering who they should hire to work on one of their most expensive assets: their HOME. We met with the owner, German, to get a quote for siding our house and replacing a polycarbonate porch roof with a hard surface roof and install 17 new windows. They started the project on time and kept us informed at every step. They not only repaired water damaged walls, but they also ended up rebuilding the entire bulkhead due to rotted wood before replacing the roof! As they began working, we were impressed with their attention to detail, suggestions for improvements and work ethic. This was a very hot summer, but they worked extremely hard and didnt compromise on doing a quality job. They showed up every day and put in long hours. They always left the worksite clean and took the debris away immediately. The *** trim work was all custom cut and milled onsite to ensure every joint and corner was watertight and fit perfectly. They also had to build from scratch new attic side vents which look great. He noticed that some of the foundation support posts werent correctly installed and replaced them as well. All of these extras took additional time, but it was well worth it.They were able to accommodate our last-minute ideas and changes including finishing the interior porch ceiling (German's fantastic suggestion to match the soffits outside), reconfiguring a wall and installing and leveling two new doors - one of them a sliding door kit!This siding job turned out to be a whole lot more than we originally intended but it was done well and done right. I would not hesitate to hire LizMar Construction again to do ANY construction or repairs on my home. The peace of mind knowing it will get done properly and completely by a very reliable company is worth so much to me.

Lizmar Construction recently tore down and reconstructed all three porches of my home. The job was done so professionally, what a super outcome! I get many comments on the job. It llooks fabulous .New roofs, gutters,and front siding and great looking ralings.Hire this company, they won't disappoint. Thanks guys!******
