Far from the same business that ************************* ran. Lousy customer service and bad attitude behind the sales counters. They lost a customer with their bad attitude

Told me my gun sold 7 months ago. All my calls in the interim said that it had not sold. They had my funds for 7+ months and *** told me it was my fault. Incredibly poor management

Visited Midstate Gun Company on June 26, 2022, appeared to be a well organized store, and in general the employee's were pleasant. Read there 'Range Rules', took the Range Certification test, they took my picture, and gave me a Range Certification Card, but they forgot to return and hand me back my RI Drivers License. I left the Store at 4:30 PM , they close at 5 PM, they left me a voice message on my Cell at 4:46 PM. In the message i was told to return on Monday and ask any employeer, tell them that the Drivers License was placed in a drawer at the cashier. I returned on Tuesday morning at 09:00 (opening time), they told me that they handed my Drivers License to the *********** mail man, that i should receive it in 3-5 days. I never received the Driver's License, had to order a duplicate Drivers License ($27.50) was unable to drive my car for 19 days until i received my replacement license on July 15th. Spoke with the manager at Midstate Gun Co, and he could careless about the customer experience. No apology, they made no effort what so ever to remediate the issue or pain. They don't follow up with any phone call, you get the one call (pickup your license), no other details, no names who to reach out to. Hope this doesn't happen to anyone else, but becareful about your personal identification, as Midstate Gun Co, doesn't care about customer personal identification.
