10/27/2024 I called ****** tree service for a free estimate for my cherry tree I got an email from his office with his insurance information and that **** would contact me with a quote within 24 hours **** never let me know he was coming but on Oct 28 he called me and said that all the tree needed was fertilizer. He told me to out an inch of miracle grow in a 5 gallon bucket then spread it around the tree.He never gave me a quote or told me I would be charged for his advise.I received a bill for 150 dollars that I refused to pay. We had no agreement. He has threatened to put a mechanics lean on my house. From other reviews that I saw too late I am also worried for my safery

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I paid the bill rather than risk legal action. I stand by my original complaint that the company charged me for a "free estimate"

Our family used Mikes Trees Service in the early month of August 2024. The workers secretly damaged and knocked off our side garage door light that was noticed shortly after the workers left. They hid it under a **** in our yard. We then asked the ****** to come back to go over the damages. The ****** confirmed the damages to our home and apologized. He called the owner. He was supposed to come the next day to inspect. He instead snuck on my property very early the next day to try and clean off the evidence. He told us its all prior damage. Refused to work with us. Made threats towards us if we dont pay. We filed with our insurance. Since then he has harassed us. We had to file a complaint with the police. He has made threats saying he will file with the state that we committed insurance fraud. He now stated we have to make a full payment by this Friday 9/27/24 or he will make our life h*** ************ has caused over $40,000 in damage besides doing a horrible job and also damaged my neighbors yard. He threatened and yelled at my 70 year old neighbor. This behavior is disgusting and this shouldnt be allowed. I dont understand how the company is still allowed to operate.
