  Back in November of 2021 Company put granite counters in The following day following day I called them to let them know that the granite cut short cracked and broken they told me they were going to come back and fix it 4 months of promises with text many texts promising they would be there.never came finally I asked for my money back and she said she would give me back my money Wanted me to have them come in and take the granite out I told them no. I would need to hire another company and when they added the granite I would give them back the granite but I need The money to pay for new granite and I was not going to live without countertops have been more than reasonable with them she stopped answering all my texts and told me do whatever I need to do I paid them $1300 check which which day cashed right away Now it will cost more because of inflation

  This is regarding a complain we did fabricate a granite kitchen counter for *****
  When we about to install the granite my son get sick with Covid He couldnt work for a month
  My son is the only one who does the instalations
  ***** start to getting upset Yelling on the phone on me and she said to send my son anyway
  Because she already had Covid I say no I couldnt do that  she told me to find away to install the granite .
  At that time when she said that  my sons father witch is my Ex husband and he said if ***** wants I can do the instalation ***** said ok .
  So he load the truck he went to do the instalation
  She was very happy she paid everything was nice
  After one week or two she called complaining asking for the money back
  I went there to check the issue and was nothing
  Wrong
  was just a very small chip witch we can fix no problem that happens when they bringing the granite inside the houses .
  I call her and asked what was the best day
  To go and fix that she kept asking for money back
  She didnt want us to go there and fix that little chip
  Until today Im still waiting for her to let us go fix the small issue.
