    Early July 2024 I brought my GMC Acadia in for a new transmission. I was quoted $7K to which I declined. I was then quoted a cheaper rate of $5K and was charged $3500 on July 9th. My car was not returned to me until July 30th when I was charged the remaining amount. When I drove off the lot it was apparent my car had not be fixed at all. The same issue was occurring. I reached out to ***** the manager who asked me to return to take his tech for a ride. Which I did. The tech also confirmed this. It is now almost a week, my car has not been fixed, ***** has failed to return txts, and my money has not been refunded. This is terrible business, borderline unethical and unsafe. My old transmission looks to be spray painted which no one in the shop can take ownership over also. I would never recommend this place to anyone. They are absolute hacks and criminals.

    Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********. Please add your rejection comments below; if you do not provide any details, your complaint will be closed as Answered. 

    I dropped my car off once again to be fixed on 8-15, I was told on 8-17 my car would be ready for pickup today 8-19. However, my car is STILL not ready. I have spent upwards of $1000 on a rental because of this fiasco which has taken A MONTH AND A HALF TO FIX. I asked for a rental to be provided to me last week and my request was ignored. I would like reimbursement of my rental expenses at this time in the very least!! This is totally unprofessional and I have no faith that this business can fix my car correctly at all at this point. I have receipts of my rental expenses and records of every interaction with this business. I demand reimbursement for this absolute nightmare I have had to up with most of this Summer from this mechanic. Not to mention my children were having to ride around in an unsafe unrepaired vehicle for a WEEK between the first repair and the second. The stress my family has had to endure from a financial standpoint as well to have to deal with this is utterly insane. 

    Businesses and Customers should be civil, courteous and polite in their responses to complaints. It is important to remain professional and productive when participating in the BBB complaint process.
