    Ordered an item from Trifecta Leather Concepts in April of 2024 for $183.84. I have waited the estimated delivery time frame, and we are now well past that. I have attempted to contact the business by telephone and by email and I have not received any response in reference to any of my questions. The only response I received was in September when a shipping label was created, but I have not received anything or heard from them.I want either my correct order or my money back.

    Trifecta took an order from me, has not completed the order, has not returned the money, and has stopped all communication over the last 8 months. Im looking for a return of funds, but all communications have gone unanswered.

    Purchased an item on October 16th. Inquired four (4) times via email, never heard a response. Wanted simply a status of the order. Only after googling them did I see the reports of abysmal customer service. Would like purchase protection. They took my money on a promise of service/goods, and did not deliver.

    I placed an order with the business 3/13/23. According to the website they have a lead time of **** weeks. Its been about 9 months. *** tried to contact the owner multiple times with absolute zero response. This is a terrible way of business with no refunds. His reviews online reflect the way he does business. At this point I would just like a refund

    I ordered a ******** front piece for a fire helmet at work from Trifecta Leather Concepts. Their website claims lead times of **** weeks. I ordered March 12th and on March 16th they claimed that the product was started. They have ignored me on various attempts for an update and as of today, August 31st, I have no product and they will not return any messages. I also messaged their website 3 separate times, one today, one this past Sunday, and one previous time that I do not recall the date. They will no respond or provide me the product. The attached documentation shows chat logs, their website accepting the order, and my bank account being charged for the product. They havent provide the product or a refund.

    I placed an order with trifecta leather concepts on 12./22/22. Seller advised **** weeks before item would ship. On 4/26/23 I received a tracking number for item in which never was shipped and never received. I have contacted seller via email ******** and every way possible with no response.
