    The last 3 orders Ive had to call customer service because they messed up the order. Usually they clear it up but this time they decided to offer me a solution but then take it back and tell me theyll just put a note on my file so that theyll do it correct NEXT time! A $3,000 order, and theyll do it right NEXT TIME. I could order the plain run of the mill rosettes, but I dont! I customize, add details that all add to the cost of each rosette. They send a mock-up the first time didnt even use the logo I uploaded for my order. Fixed it. Sent a new mock-up. I confirmed. Ordered a whole other order close to $1,000. And a year end order for another $600. The spacing is just awful on the wording. I put my text on Line 1 & Line 2, NOT Line 1 & Line 10. The mock up has the words together and NOWHERE on there paperwork says they will space out the words to fit like they do on the ribbon. The nice lady ***** in customer service, originally offered to reprint the center ribbons and send them so I could take 317 ribbons apart and restaple them. I told her Id prefer not to ruin the ribbons and she said shed look into it and call me back with additional options. After talking to ************************** called me back and there is nothing they can do thats how production does it with two lines. (BUT remember they can make a note and do it right next time) And they cant send new middle ribbons now! So my additional options changed to NOTHING. Not to mention my previous ribbons Ive ordered with button centers are rustingI made the order on February 22, 2022 and received order on April 11, 2022

    Hodges Badge has contacted me after my complaint and has resolved the issue so far.  Waiting on the reshipment of the ribbons after I sent them back to them. 

    I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #********. I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved.
