    Last week, I contacted with this apartment because on their website there's a good studio apartment which we can afford (Unit T3). They told me that T3 is not available but there is another good unit T1, which is cheaper and available. They keep encouraging me to apply this unit. However, when I asked if I can have a tour or see some pictures or videos about this unit, they said I can't see this property and there is no picture and video. I followed their advice and pay $51 application fee online, and they said they will give me feedback about 3 days. After three days, they told me that this unit was rented last week, so they don't have any studio anymore, but an expensive 2 bedroom apartment which cost $2500/month (I was applying $1000/month studio). I think they are phishing and they didn't tell me the truth. They just want to earn the application money but did't care about their customers. I don't think they do anything for me (I don't see any picture of the apartment, no tour). In my opinion, they didn't take my requirements seriously from start to finish. Some other victims reported on ****** map and they met the same situation as me. I need their explanation, apology, and refund.

Please understand there are applications that were approved before yours and it is a process and I apologize we could not accommodate you in the unit you applied for.
