    I applied for the *** program of July of 2022, I then enrolled through the financing option through *** financial for the total of $1,025.00. I then came to the conclusion that I would not be able to continue with the program so I notified the owner ***************************** of the program stating I would be withdrawing. ******************** then emailed me back relatively quickly saying he could bump me into the next class in the coming year if that worked better. I politely declined saying I would just like my checking account to stop being charged and my refund issued for the payments I had made. This was on 9/26/2022 that he was notified of my withdrawal. I then continued to receive payments of $153.79 on the 31st of September 2022 and now recently a bill for October 31. I have tried to reach out to ******************** mulitple times and call the school leaving voicemails and no one responds. As a last ditch effort I emailed the financial institution on 10/10/2022 stating my issue above and they simply replied with no one from the school had contacted them to stop billing my account or issue a refund. I have emailed the financial institution again today has of 10/28/2022 repeating the issue and stating that I closed the checking account associated with the *** financial account and will not be paying for a class I no longer attend but took the proper steps in withdrawing from the class. I am seeking to have my refund for the 3 payments I made in July, August, September, and possibly October because my account is not totally closed yet and has a pending period of 60 days. So I am due 3 possibly 4 payments of $153.79. I am at my **** end and feel totally helpless and loss on what to do.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. As I stated before I sent the initial email to you I both reached out to the business and the financial company. I have since closed the checking account associated with them. They were not able to take the 4th payment but they still owe me the refunded 3 payments of 153 dollars thst I have since payed. But like I said anytime I attempt to reach out the business or financial insution I get no response.
