QSPS continues to call my landline despite being on the national do not call registry ***********), I have have explained I do not need a new roof and to stop contacting my household but my request have been ignored. They have called at least 3 times in 1 day in the past until I answer the phone.

    Good Afternoon,

With regard to ****************' complaint, please be advised that we do not make solicitations from our office for new customers. Secondly, *************************** has not been employed with this company for quite some time now so if she is calling **************** it has nothing to do with our business. While I can empathize with ****************' aggravation and frustration, the phone calls are not being generated by this office. Further, I have also double checked with all of my current sales people and was informed that no one had called her regarding a new roof. Thank you.

May 2022 - QSPS's ********************* approaches ** and tells us our roof is severely damaged and he can get our insurance company to pay them entirely to redo the roof. I explain that we're looking to sell our house in 6 months and it would be a good selling point for our house - and he pounces on the opportunity. I also express that we need our attic insulation redone. We ask that our skylights get redone because they're not in good condition, and ****** tells us to either board them up or leave them alone instead, which we disagree with. June 2022 - Roof is redone in one day. Three days later, we have a torrential rain storm, and we have a flood of water coming through our recessed lighting fixtures and our skylights. They do not answer their "24 hour emergency" phone line until the next day. Their boss, ****, comes to our house later in the week to assess the situation. My wife, who is 6 months pregnant at the time, asks the opinion of her stepdad who's in construction (he lives several hours away or he would've done it himself), and when questioning the work done, **** BERATES my pregnant wife for questioning him. Now that our attic insulation is soaked and ruined, we have no choice but to have them also redo our attic insulation, over $10k out of pocket. As soon as they collect the money, they disappear. They claimed they couldn't get anybody to finish the job. Workers came to remove the insulation in the attic, but never filled in new insulation for two weeks - in the hottest part of July (90+ degrees every day). My pregnant wife, two dogs and I had to live in a sauna. They finally find other employees (seemingly off the streets) to finish the job, and we pay them the remaining money. We've had multiple leaks in the skylights since. Flash forward to this week, where we had our house sold and inspected, and the inspector said the roof and attic had several problems, leaks, and fire hazards, and our buyers withdrew their purchase of our house.

I would like to turn this into an answered complaint.  We never heard back from the ***************** after we indicated what we felt was the cause of failure for the roof leaking.  Also never heard if the customer was contacted back by the contractors board after they were the ones who contacted them originally

Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********. Please add your rejection comments below; if you do not provide any details, your complaint will be closed as Answered.

We were never contacted by anyone after pursing these problems. We went through a tumultuous sale of our home because of this roof mess and have since moved out of the state.

I hired QSPS housing solutions because my roof was damaged in a storm. They were paid $15,593 by my insurance company to replace the roof and repair dry wall in a bedroom. The roof they put on has been pile of issues due to poor workmanship that FAILED building inspection TWICE. They have not even started the interior work. They will not return calls. Nov ********************** the early part of the month. While cleaning out my gutters I noticed several obvious issues with the roof installation quality. Skylight flashing not properly sealed, exposed nails all over the place, siding and trim had been damaged during the installation, drip edge installed behind gutters, caulked rake, etc. I dont know anything about building but these things were so obviously wrong I contacted QSPS, sent them pictures and asked them to fix it. I received the run around from QSPS for a couple of weeks. Then the team came out in the end of the month and slapped some caulk on a few areas and called it good.Dec 21 - April 2022- Tried repeatedly to get QSPS to come out and fix the roof and do the drywall repair. They did not respond to 99% of calls, email, text. When they did respond, i was told they would get back to me. They never did.May 2022- I have the *********************** building inspector come and do an inspection of the installation. Inspection failed due to code infractions. June 2022- QSPS comes to "fix" the roof. They did not do all the repairs that were request.July-August- No QSPS response to repeated emails, calls, texts. I had the town building inspector reinspect the roof and it failed again. August - October - QSPS will not return calls, texts, email. QSPS will not do the work they were paid to do I am not confident that the roof was installed properly and would like to have a refund of the money they were paid. Au

We have met with ******************** and stayed in touch over the winter months.  When we met with *****, we agreed to a full roof replacement.  We also agreed to install new skylights at the time of doing the roof replacement. He has now ordered the skylights.  When he confirms the skylights have come in, we will schedule the project for completion.
