We love our technician, but the way this company is now managed is terrible. We are longtime customers of Bug Out and they have helped us on off with pests over several years. Until recently, scheduling was easy, and we always had quick response times to any issues. When we signed up with But Out, we were told that if we called before noon, we would have an appointment that same day. On Monday July 17, I called Bug Out at 8:00 AM to ask if someone could come and look at what was happening to the trim around my daughter's door. I was told that a technician could come on Wednesday, July 19. I said that was not acceptable and my daughter was scared, and we needed someone out that day. I was told that a manager would call me, and I could discuss it with the manager. Over the next 3 days my husband and I called a total of 4 times, each time being told a manager would call us right away. Meanwhile, more holes kept appearing in my child's door and she did not want to sleep in her room. I reached out by ******** messenger through Bug Out's ******** page and was again told that a manager would call me ASAP. We never once were called by a manager despite being told several times that we would be called. On Thursday, July 20, my husband was ultimately able to schedule an appointment for Monday July 24 - a full week after my first call. He was again told that a manager would be calling. That call also did not come. We are looking for a new pest control company. No customer should be treated with the lack of care and follow up given to us for a service we are paying for. I would not encourage anyone to do business with Bug Out anymore. We once were very supportive and gave out their business and number to neighbors - an action we now deeply regret.

It is now Thursday, July 27, 2023. We still have not gotten a call from a manager.
