I hired Cellar Door to remove and install a bulkhead.First issue with company When installing bulkhead they found an open area under my home. At that time I agreed for them to fill it and add work to my bill. They said they were installing a form/mold that would be filled by injecting foam into the area from inside my basement wall. They installed the bulkhead at that time they informed me the foam they needed to inject was out of stock and when it came back in they would be back to inject wall and finish job. I was asked to make my final payment so I did with the promise theyd be back to finish the jobs. I latter called was told all work was done. I said it was not. Owner came out argued with me saying nothing needed to be done it was finished. After a prolonged discussion he shook my hand and agreed to do the work. He later changed his mind and said no he wanted $1,000 to inject the wall.Second issue with company While they were installing my bulkhead my cellar flooded. The worker informed me they do that too. So I agreed to have them do what needed to be done and add it to my bill. They installed a sump pump. They left pipes 2feet from house, pipes were installed directly over window well where overflow would drain. Was promised when they came back to inject wall they would finish the sump pump outside the house. I needed to have patio guy come back and remove bricks so they could have a clear path to work with.**I want sump pump finished. Owner came out saw it said it looks fine, (its not fine) he did notice pipes were loose told his worker to come back and secure pipe. Which never happened.Third issue with company I had a small leak another area in my basement. After cutting away my paneling making a complete mess of my basement used wrong tool to cut paneling he found a crack in my foundation. That crack was filled, about two weeks later more water than ever before came into my basement through the repaired crack.**I want company to repair crack.
