I wish I had never stopped at this business..its been one nightmare after the other I dont recommend his company to anyone periodthey do the most disgusting things in your property and should be shut down

Went to them for a land and home package and was shown 1 acre of land and told we could rent it for three years then choose to buy it or move the home and they monthly lot rent would come off the total price, turns out the land owner has no intention of selling as Marty wright said and when I confronted them I was told this was the only way we could have purchased our home, our home had many problems with the vinyl siding as we have mold in the home and leaky windows and plumbing issues and they take forever to respond please do not trust these people at any point

This company is HORRIBLE to work with. Their ****** reviews are so high because they bribe people with $500 off the price of their home for a 5-star review with the sales reps name included in the review. Notice that nearly every 5 star review has a name mentioned? Thats why. Notice the reviews here (which they cant bribe people to change) are all AWFUL. Theres a reason. It took months before they moved our home onto our property because our sales rep refused to do her job and get the septic permit situated for us. When we finally decided to do it ourselves, it took 2.5 weeks to do what she refused to do for over a month. They wont check their emails, the sales reps are rude when you expect them to do their jobs, and the owner refuses do anything to make any issue you have better.

Movers that brought house out hit something. Notified marty wright this was in April of 2023 and it's March 2024 nothing still has been done. Leak under kitchen sink they sent 2 guys out on different service calls an started back leaking. Sheet rock patchwork that was started November of 2023 and that is yet to be finished. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. WISH I WUDVE BOUGHT FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE. They don't wanna respond to emails but when they do their reaponse is it's been sent to service **** with no eta. They get paid and don't wanna make sure the customer is satisfied..??

You better watch every move they make,they claim no responsibility for their driver hitting a telephone pole with the trailer than tried to act like nothing happened,and refuse to fix anything,I can't live in it floors are unlevel,no caulking in bathrooms cracks in ceiling thru out the home,but it's not damaged well when you can look out the hole in the front door and you see daylight,all kind of bugs and lizards can get in they hit the pole because they wanted to bring it in different than we wanted it put down result hit pole and damaged it if we weren't so excited about it we should not have sighed anything we were told we had to call and confirm it arrived and that everything would be fixed,after we signed he said oh by the way none of this is our responsibility let's just say WE HAVE NOT HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM AND WOULD NEVER BUY AGAIN FROM THEM.!!!!!

I would never buy a home from Marty Wright. We bought a home in May 2023 (paid cash) and have had nothing but trouble. The hurricane straps (2) were placed outside the mobile home and it took 2 weeks before they agreed to move them so my block layer could do the foundation. Next, we had a leak in the bathroom which damaged the ************ vanity (still working on that to be fixed). There was no line to connect water/ice maker on the refrigerator. The kitchen faucet will not work. The dishwasher water line not hooked up and water all over the kitchen floor. There is missing soffit on the porch and sagging soffit and missing cap (******************* exposed) on the porch. The siding on the side looks like a mountain road. The service team does not follow up like they said they will do. It is now November and we still do not have our title for the mobile home, I've called twice. I have now filed now filed a compliant at *******. W.e bought this from the Chadbourn location, but much of the service is handled through ************* location. DO NOT BUY A HOME FROM MARTY WRIGHT

Marty Wright may have better looking homes than most mobile homes dealers but that is about all they have -The homes are way higher -They didnt prep our land before placing the home on the land, we had to do that ourselves -They dont pour concrete driveways, we had to figure that out ourselves which is strange because we called two other dealers for Marty right that said drive ways were included in the package deal My husband and I had to go talk to the county about water taps OURSELVES so we thought until we got there to do the application and the lady told us that the dealer does all this so why were we doing it ? ( Red flag number 20) They are horrible at following up and letting you know whats going on with the process you have to constantly call and text and sometimes no response for days I have documentation to back up everything Ive stated The whole process dealing with them was pure h*** Most people say underwriting is the headache but our underwriting processes with 21st mortgage was smooth it was just dealing with Marty wright and staff where the problems are They offer land clearing and basic landscaping, also offer a driveway and sidewalk and wider steps Its been 6 months since the start of the process and the home still hasnt been set up completely yet .. its put together but the inside is still incomplete We sometimes wish we would have went another direction and can only hope and pray that we dont have any problems once we move in the home smh Application Date: Feb 18 2022 Approval feb 22 All funds submitted 4/2022 All documents sent in by me because Marty wright had the most computer and email issues and 21st kept calling saying they didnt receive documentation June 2022 house finally pulled out the home is still not ready and the inside is incomplete July 27th was told that they dont do driveways We were also told that dont do

I purchased a single wide mobile home in ******* and they did cheap floors, fixture's and One light switch on the closet and can't get any water ** no shut off value and the door is broken into to vandalism and took my stove, All My sinks and vanity.my tile floors was scratch Up and they said they would replace bit just get the runaround.worst company. But st your own risk. Marry wright out out mobile home in the bumpiest road dirt with grasshopper everywhere.im trying to locate someone to get my water into my mobile home ** **** is gone.

My husband and I visited the ******** location back in March of 2021. We spoke with a salesperson and explained we were just looking and that our credit was not the best and needed some work before we were able to purchase a home. After talking to him, he told us to talk with "their" credit advisor, who helps couiples like us repair their credit so that they can purchase a home. Well, we did exactly that. We met with him and he talked a good game. He said everything we wanted to hear becasue he knew how to play the game. We paid him $400 (200 per person) to "fix our credit" He stated that our credit scores would rise way higher and we would be in a new mobile home by December 2021! Well, it's now July 2022-$400.00 later and we are still not in a new mobile home and our credit scores have increased due to MYSELF doing some credit work that helped our credit scores. There has been very little communication with him the entire 16 months. Everytime we reached out to him, it was "Oh I am going to work on your files next week" or some type of excuse as to why nothing has ever really been done. Yesterday he made contact with us and after stating how I felt that dealing with him for the past 16 months was a waste of Time and Energy and that I wanted a refund becasue he had not performed the work we paid for. He automatically responded "you are not getting a refund and" and "I feel the same way about you guys" I would NEVER recommend anybody dealing with him. It seems the trailer company recommends him becasue they gotta be getting a cut of the money and he never does the work. I wish I would have thought harder about my decision before we paid him. I guess this was a hard ****** learned and I will not be purchasing a home from them because of the entire situation!!!!!! Such a shame that they allow an employee to treat people such a way to be told they can't do anything about it! BEWARE!! DO YOUR RESEARCH! I WISH I DID!!!! 0 rating!
